screeching brake pads.... Simple solution??????

Just had some new brake pads fitted at the front, they now sound like a Banshee giving birth when i slow down.Can i oil them or something?

    Proper solution = Anti Squel Brake Shims - I just ordered some for a R34 from Nissan 25 quid per brake Ooouch !

    Copper Grease,,,but thin smeer on back of pad..cheapest and quick option. failing that new anti squeel shims which is just as quick but more expensive.
