I just got my car from my mechanic. Car is great, gearbox is great, new clutch installed etc. But the only problem i have at the moment is with the clutch pedal. When I press the clutch pedal it goes empty for quite long distance and only at the end it look like it bites. As a result the car feels like it goes with slipping clutch. We have removed the air from the clutch lines but problem is still there. Is there any way to make my clutch pedal bite as soon as i press it? P.S My Level 10 Billet Converter and my AUTO box is on sale. Check FOR SALE AND WANTED

Parked up in town lunchtime, as I came back there was a note on my windscreen saying "if you know anyone who want spares for 300zx twin turbo can you give me a ring 07973 656604" Theres nothing that I want at the moment so have not rang it, but if your after anything then give the number a buzz. Hi all, As you may be aware my car was vandalised a couple of months ago and one of the items that needs replacing is the rear window - it has several chips taken out of it. I don't want to have them polished out as this would cause annoying distortions. My insurance company will pay me for getting the damage repaired BUT will only supply UK spec windows (i.e., blue tinted). My car is a Jap-spec and therefore requires bronze tinted windows. To get the correct glass from Japan is going to take upto 6 weeks and cost in the region of £1400 (!!!! ) My question is if anyone has a J-spec rear window for a 2+2 (this is important as SWB windows are smaller). After an interesting couple of days slipping about the place on near slick rears, I've just had some quick and dirty Pirelli P6000's popped on the back.. total cost including VAT was £256.. fronts are going to need doing soon so just wondering what sort of tyres & prices everybody else gets?

I am getting yellow water dripping out at quite a rate from under the car. It looks like its coming from the edge of the radiator at the bottom but from both sides Same place on each side. I am hoping that its just a leaking pipe under the car. I am about to jack her up and see. Can any one have a guess at what it could be? Any help again guys. Stuart

i own a zed and a V plate 200sx s14 and asked earlier in the week about polish's so i bought some Zymol auto wash and Zymol cleaner wax (polish) as some peeps said zymol and some said autoglym which i already have , Ok washed the 200 with autoglym and then used autoglym's polish, Then washed the Zed with Zymol Auto wash and then polished it with Zymol cleaner wax, Obviously the 200's paintwork is in better nick as its just over 2 years old and the Zed is coming up 10 years old , But i have to say i prefer Zymol both cars are immaculate but you det seem to get a mirror shine off the Zymol just like the bottle says and it does remove minor scuffs and s…

so got this plate for me zed, the first letter isnt acutally a D, but i have changed that letter for security reasons, but thats not the bit that counts. D2 XTT steve got it cheap as chips as well

Question: What go's 'snap, crackle, pop!' Answer: My Phoenix Gold 4 Channel Amp on the way to work this morning!!!! I think I've fried it! Anyway it's an excuse for an upgrade!!!! Someone lost the clips off my PTU connector (Not naming names but can you make some replacements in carbon?! LOL) It's the small metal springy things that go on the wiring harness connectors. I don't think you can order them on their own. Anyone got any spare on a scrap Z?

Need a bit of help guys with my Jap 91 300zxtt..... bit of a wierd one though. The first start of the day is fine and she ticks over quite nicely, as soon as you go to pull away there's a drop in revs and a reluctance to accellerate and move up a gear through the auto box. After about a minute everythings running ok but..... if you brake quite heavily especially up a hill, the engine splutters and dies. Starts again no problem and off i go, with a little embarassing glow to my face. The braking scenario can happen at anytime whether the engine is hot or cold. The rest of the time she runs sweeter than a Tate & Lyle Lorry. Spooky? Any ideas guys?

I have got a 300ZXTT engine for sale out od a 91 model. The car was a right off, and i bought it for the box and the turbos. The cam cover is broke in a couple places, in the sump has a couple dents in it. It was my mates car and he had the engine rebuilt 12 months ago (ring, shells, decoke). I am open to offers

while sat at pps,his zed has decided it dont want to leave the car turns over and tries to ignite but but decides against starting we tried a replacement PTU with a new one,but it made no difference battery is fully charged plenty of fuel in tank doesnt seem like there is a fuel block or faulty pump as you can smell fuel after the car has been turned over a few times all fuses have been checked and look ok any ideas or help is appreciated

FIFTY QUID!! Thats how much it cost me to fill up today all 64.19 litres of it having said that on the plus side worked out my miles per gallon and it seems im getting around 22. When i first got the car running on regular unleaded i was getting about 17. Either im shite at maths, or optimax is good! B19RKS

I have had a legal copy of Windows XP installed on my computer for a few months now. First of all, no Java working with IE6 because of legal issues this has been fixed in the 160mb Service Pack1, but now half of web pages dont work with ACTION CANCELED displaying where menus should be. This is not a Windows Explorer thing. I have installed Netscape and Opera to try and fix it, and it still shows ACTION CANCELED in the same places. 2nd I couldnt install the IE6 patch becuase I get an error every time I tried to run it. EVERY game I have drops to the desk top after about 20mins, even though I have certified drivers for all the major hardware, Motherboads, USB, Graphics…
