And How much are genuine against KYB etc?

GPS. Johnny is the best place for that sort of stuff.

Dont know his number off hand and his site is down.

Some one will be able to tell you his number. Half the people here spend so much time with him could tell you his shoe size. wink.gif

KEEP IT SIDEWAYS;).

Cheers for that lads !!

give him a bell tomorrow...

Keep trying if you dont get through.

I think he is in the middle of moving new premisis (spelling wink.gif) so he may be way from the phone a lot.

But the prices and service you get its worth it.

sorry, I don't agree on that. I was quoted £435 for Koni's from GPS and I got KYB's for £280 from the states.

Vijay

I got standard ones from Jeff at Zedworld straight from nissan £40 each. Bargain.

Think the imports use non adjustables and they are way cheaper than the 2 position type for UK and Europe. Nissan wants about £100each retail plus VAT for the UK type that uses the electronic actuator.

Stock types were stiff enough for me and near rigid when on the hard setting with the handbrake trick!

Johnny quoted me about £400 for the Koni adjustables and (I think) under £300 for the KYB non-adjustables.

I went for the Koni's in the end and will be fitting them in a week or 2.

Those prices are for a set of 4.

Stock Nissan ones work out at about £470!

I agree with b19rks. I got my Z booked in with Jeff tomorrow for some work including the rear shocks. Jeff said Nissan rear shocks were less then £50 each.

You'll be suprised how much difference a set of new rear shocks makes (even standard) my car used to nearly turn around on potholes and i thought it was something really serious , hicas etc. But a trip to Zedworld and a set of new rear shocks later it was as tight as a nuns minge.
