before I even attemp this it looks like the whole cluster has to come off is this right. I know many of you will think this is a daft question but whats the best way of getting to change the bulbs?

really like the zeds with the ass kit, seriously thinking about this. only trouble is cant really seem to find and wide bumpers that i like, well theres a few pics of cars ive seen on here with good ones, but the only one i can seem to find is the one of the zed centre, but thats know good for as the diameter of my zorsts will be two great. if anyones knows of somewhere to get these from or a website or anything that would be great, thanks.

was poking about under my zed at the weekend and i noticed one of the ball and ring joints of my rose jointed front suspension has been pushed out (ie the ball and the ring are not connected). It is the horizontal bar on the drivers side. I had a little accident in my car a few months ago were i slapped the wheels against a kerb after going into a spin! I guess it could have been this force that caused the suspension bar to do this. Since the accident the very inside of the 2 front tyres have worn quite badly could this be linked to the joint being pushed out. I got the tracking done after the rear suspension that was most badly damaged in the accident was fixed…

As you'll all be aware by now, we lost a member recently, to tragic circumstances. JayPSC was a long standing member of this club, who lost his life at a very young age. We plan to remember JayPSC (Jerome) by having a JayPSC Memorial Trophy at this years Annual Awards and all future years. The 'Winner' and 'Runner-Up' in the 'Best Overall Zed' category be awarded with special trophies, engraved in memory of Jay. We feel this is a very apt way to remember Jay, as he was a genuine zed enthusiast, who loved the 300ZX.co.uk Car Club. We hope it meets with everyones approval. Cheers The 300ZX.co.uk Committee

Has anyone ever removed their needles? i removed mine to fit some led's behind the needle to give them a extra glow but not been able to test it all works yet. lil concerned that i busted it buy pulling the needles off. Only prob is i'm not sure i got them back 100% in the same position.

Ello guys, Just wondering if anyone knew of a coil on plug rev limiter. You seem to get shed loads for the old dizzy ones and single / dual coil but not for more that two coils. It's driving me nuts! Or if anyone else has an idea of how to cut the revs and fit a limiter on it would be cool. Cheers,

Just bought a red auto 1989 tt reg B3 WLD, got it off ebay( real spur of the moment thing, saw it with 3 mins left to run lol) as i liked the look of it and i have a broken leg, ie Auto lol, but as it turns out the guy i got it off had only just bought it then sold it straight away? not sure if i trust him but car seems ok so far, just thought one of you guys might know it or even owned it, cheers Gavo

Managed a few pics inbetween showers, Everything's working and it goes ok, couple more rattles to source and fix, and need to mod the exhaust slightly as there's an annoying boom at around 1400rpm, although the exhaust is fairly quiet really. Have been replacing some of the stupid rock hard ES poly bushes at the rear, with OE type, to quieten down the diff. Sounded like a 1950's bread van 1st time out. Am contemplating my next step. Part of me wants to add fuel injection and then stick on the supercharger. Another part wants to sell it and start afresh. So, anyone any idea what it might be worth?

just purchased a turbo timer and a pair of dump valves anyone know how hard the dump valves ar to fit and where do i connect the vacume pipe as there are so many im fitting them when i get it back from the damn garage ...

Hi all I am new to Nissan's I am just about to purchase a H reg 300ZX I no nothing about these cars, it is an import 3.0 v6 its done about 80k Miles I need to know a little more about these cars i.e common faults major problems and just general things to look out for. Driving my car home on a 20 mile journey, not really taking things easy. When I got home I noticed the temp gauge was on max. Looked under car and the radiator was leaking water badly, dumped a lot of water on my drive. Thought the problem was that the rad had corroded causing the leak and the overheating problem. Bought a second hand rad fitted and thought I was good to go. Problem now is it looses about a litre of water when driving 1-2 miles. No leaks from under car. Oil looks fine (no mayo). No excessive water steam from exhaust, only from a cold start. Looking at the water with the rad cap removed it looks like there are loads of little air bubbles and some sedi…

as some of you may know, i have had an accident in my zed, my insurer is A-Plan, has anyone here had to claim with them specifically and what has your experience been like? if a cars a write-off do they let you buy the car off them at a reasonable price etc etc? link to my accident info darren
