the zed is back in the garage to get the problems i forked out 1700 quid to get fixed the first time . had water leak from front of engine been told its the water pump .was ok when it went in for cam belts last week .but its now leeking is it a major job to change and how much you recon to change it.. still got the oil leak and the flat spot on acceleration .. where does it end ..

The MOT is due at the end of the week.Is there any specific things/weak spots on the zed that could do with checking ?It's a jap LWB tt so rust is not an issue. :D

If I were to sell my z how much should it make, roughly? I ahve no idea and need some advice... Import 2+2 TT on G plate, targa top. Gunmetal grey. Stage one turbos, de-cat pipes and cat back stainless powerflow exhaust. S-type Exedy clutch plate, new clutch master and slave cylinders. HKS super blow-offs, KandN induction. It is laggy but VERY VERY fast. Turbo timer 19" ultralite 757-evolve wheels with good tyres. Front and side veilside replica kit(but fitted and sprayed professionally in the last year or so. Hi guys, Bit of a long story, so i'll shorten it considerably. :D I need a new windscreen!!! Ordered one from Japan, through a windscreen company, when it arrived in the country, a long, long time later, it was in kit form!!! All I had to do was glue the two halves back together!!! :xxx: :xxx: No-one seems able to locate a screen in his country, any ideas please??? :bow: :bow: It's a HZ32 mind, totally different to a zed with a roof!!

hey guys got a question regarding exhaust systems on the swb and lwb first off i have a 91zx 2 seater coupe non turbo imported from the usa. this is the swb version. will the front part of the exhaust from a lwb non turbo fit on my swb? or will there be no fit at all? thanks oh and can somebody please pm spezer for me to drop me an email? thanks :)

Just had the car in for a 4 wheel alignment and MOT after fitting one of SE's fancy adjustable HICAS eliminators the other day. Drove the car 2 miles to the garage this morning and there's so much toe out on the rear that the car was steering from the rear and swerving all over the road so I couldn't do more than 20mph and I was actually having to put opposite lock on to keep it reasonably straight! :o No worries, just needs aligning I thought... Garage calls me later to say the adjustable toe bars on the eliminator are an inch too short to set it back to factory spec and where the hell did I get this dodgy kit from? :( Looks like SE have fitted the wrong lengt…

I have just bought a nismo dash to replace my feeble 110mph one, the new dash has 126,000 and mine has 100,000 km on it, how do i clock the dash ? I have tried to take it apart but cant get the matt black facia off for some reason the middle clip is a problem. thanks

Does any1 know how easy it is to remove the glass lense on the headlights as the rubber cap which covers the bulb unit on the back has fell off and the inside of the unit has got a layer of dust making it look alot more dull than the otherside thanx :confused:

Hiya, Any ideas on what can be done about a worn steering wheel? I want to keep the original (with airbag) and could do with the outside being retrimmed. I seem to remember on some car restoration program they sent a steering wheel to a saddlery (sp?) as the leather/stitchwork was a similar thing. Aftermarket covers are a no no ;) Although fluffy pink... hmm Cheers

Is there much difference over the stock main beam? I find with HID in the dipped lights I can't see much further when I switch to main beam and the light looks horribly yellow in comparison. Presume it would be an improvement but a lot is down to the headlight design.

I need to check to see if my vaccumn lines are plugged up correctly to the EGR valve that is left over when you remove the AIVs. I know the boost sensor goes directly to the balance bar so that is done. I'm now left with three other vac lines:- 1. one to the EGR, 2. one from under the throtle body on the driver side 3. one comes off of one of the turbo/intercooler pipe on the driver side Now, which one of these lines gets plugged into which pipe on the EGR valve? Top, middle or bottom!? Strike it lucky!

Does anybody have any info on the stroker. Iv'e check a few sites but they dont give much info. what sort of power increases should you expect from fitting the kit and such

Anyone with experience of Coilovers, would you know from the list below which coilovers ( with adjustment if need be) will give as near "stock" feel to the ride, IE: not a harsh ride. Top Secret, Aragosta, HKS, Cusco, Tanabe, Bilstein, Ohlins, Tein Please let me know what you have and the type of harshness if any compared to stock. cheers smithy
