can someone explain to me the difference/similarity between the following: Decats Precats Downpipes Wastegate pipes Inconel Manifolds reason being is that i want aftermarket turbo elbows (divorced ones that keep the exhaust gases spinning) but when i look on ebay US these elbows seem to come with the straight decat pipes. i already have PHNW decat pipes (that replace the cat pipes that go onto the exhaust middle section and back boxes). just want to make sure i know what im talking about.

just gauging interest .....how many would be interested in LED conversions to their rear lights ....??? i could possibly get this sorted if anyone is interested dont know exact costs yet but there will be approx 700 leds used in the mod and it will involve sending your rear lights , they will be modified and sent back plug and play .........no details other than that ...just gauging interest before i say something to Matty cost about 200 quid to convert roughly maybe more maybe less slightly .. Was Just Putting Some Speakers In The Front Of The Car Last Night When Doing The Passenger Side Got A Crackling Sound And Now The Speaker Wire From The Door Seems To Have No Live Feed And The Central Locking On That Side Doesnt Work Is It A Fuse? Or Something Else Any Ideas???

Can someone please explain what a de-cat is? How do you do it? Why would you do it? Only asking as a friend of mine has a civic saloon v-tec and he has it de-catted and another friend has a 1.5 DOHC Mirage and he is getting it done to his aswell?

the zed is back in the garage to get the problems i forked out 1700 quid to get fixed the first time . had water leak from front of engine been told its the water pump .was ok when it went in for cam belts last week .but its now leeking is it a major job to change and how much you recon to change it.. still got the oil leak and the flat spot on acceleration .. where does it end ..

The MOT is due at the end of the week.Is there any specific things/weak spots on the zed that could do with checking ?It's a jap LWB tt so rust is not an issue. :D

Stage one turbos, de-cat pipes and cat back stainless powerflow exhaust. S-type Exedy clutch plate, new clutch master and slave cylinders. HKS super blow-offs, KandN induction. Hi guys, Bit of a long story, so i'll shorten it considerably. :D I need a new windscreen!!! Ordered one from Japan, through a windscreen company, when it arrived in the country, a long, long time later, it was in kit form!!! All I had to do was glue the two halves back together!!! :xxx: :xxx: No-one seems able to locate a screen in his country, any ideas please??? :bow: :bow: It's a HZ32 mind, totally different to a zed with a roof!!

hey guys got a question regarding exhaust systems on the swb and lwb first off i have a 91zx 2 seater coupe non turbo imported from the usa. this is the swb version. will the front part of the exhaust from a lwb non turbo fit on my swb? or will there be no fit at all? thanks oh and can somebody please pm spezer for me to drop me an email? thanks :)

Just had the car in for a 4 wheel alignment and MOT after fitting one of SE's fancy adjustable HICAS eliminators the other day. Drove the car 2 miles to the garage this morning and there's so much toe out on the rear that the car was steering from the rear and swerving all over the road so I couldn't do more than 20mph and I was actually having to put opposite lock on to keep it reasonably straight! :o No worries, just needs aligning I thought... Garage calls me later to say the adjustable toe bars on the eliminator are an inch too short to set it back to factory spec and where the hell did I get this dodgy kit from? :( Looks like SE have fitted the wrong lengt…

I have just bought a nismo dash to replace my feeble 110mph one, the new dash has 126,000 and mine has 100,000 km on it, how do i clock the dash ? I have tried to take it apart but cant get the matt black facia off for some reason the middle clip is a problem. thanks

Does any1 know how easy it is to remove the glass lense on the headlights as the rubber cap which covers the bulb unit on the back has fell off and the inside of the unit has got a layer of dust making it look alot more dull than the otherside thanx :confused:
