http://cars.uk.msn.com/Usedcarguide/article.aspx?cp-documentid=5280443 Nissan 300ZX We found a… 1994 Nissan 300ZX V6 Twin Turbo 3dr coupe, 58,000 miles, £4,000 Best bits – amazing value for the performance, handles well, looks good, plenty to choose from, very reliable if properly maintained Worst bits – confusing range of import and non-import cars, many subject to hideous aftermarket customisation, manual gearbox a weak point (though most are autos), full service history vital Did Funkisi put that part in?? :nelson:

Came up behind me during probably the worst downpour I've ever driven through  Then a couple of minutes later, the roads were bone dry  Nice zed anyway though! Dave

has anyone replaced their wing mirrors on their Uk zed with j-spec folding mirrors and make them fold? Do you need anything else apart from the actual mirrors? Obviously you need the j-spec mirror control to have the switch to make them fold but anything else? On my prelude the j-specs had a relay box between the mirror control and the mirrors to make them fold. Any ideas?

better add i'm not making a :smw: job on the Zed but on my Almera. i can't justify spending £160 on a nice shiney exhaust on a old Almera so i'm going to get a universal jobby and do it myself. So the really silly question ready?? how do you fit them? What i mean is my exhaust pipe comes out and bends upwards, so how do you get the universal rear box to fit the mid section which i've already hacked the bracket off where you bolt the 2 together. box in piccie wrong way up but that shows how the stock pipe bends up. exhaust

My door lock on the drivers side has the usual problem of the barrel being knackered so I have to use the clifford remote to unlock the door. The passenger side has the opposite problem in that it doesn't lock/unlock with the remote and will only do it manually! The drivers door lock is stuck shut today and I can't use the door :headvswal Hopefully it will 'unjam' later. If it doesn't un-jam is there anyway of getting into the door without breaking the door card as I can't reach the screws because the door is stuck shut. Also any ideas what the problem could be? I'm thinking central locking solenoid on the passenger side, but the drivers side (I think) is mechanica…

had my arches rolled yesterday courtesy of Phil at http://archenemy.co.uk/. I found that my 285's were just catching the lip on heavy compressions or very hard cornering. I also wanted a bit more space should I want a bigger tire or need to add spacers to clear a rear brake upgrade. I have to say I was very impressed with the standard of work and with Phil's professional approach to the whole job. Most of the work is spent prepping the arches to minimise the risk to the paint / body. Here are a few pics: prep work all hooked up ready to go rollin' rollin' rollin' pass side done

hi there I have a question please. I recently bought a 300zx dooer upper, guy i got it from says he had it looked at, they said it was the nearside turbo, I have only run the engine very breifly and it ran sweet but chucking lots of whitish smoke out at the drivers . I took out the plugs and compression tested each bore, each was bang on 100 so dont think there is a gasket problem, and the plugs on the driver side looked good (nice brown / biscuity) and the plugs on the nearside were all oiled up. by now i was convinced it was the nearside turbo but on dropping the intercoolers the nearside (suposed bad one) and it was very clean, on dropping the drivers side that one…
