My tension rod bushes are showing signs of deterioration and I wondered what the best replacement option was? I've read about a lot of issues with polybushes causing suspension damage over time. My car isn't lowered, so I don't see much point going for adjustable rods. Are oem bushes the way to go?

Hi guys putting my car back together and tried the lights tonight but having some problems. The headlights hi/lo, brake lights, hazards and reverse lights work fine The tail lights, number plate lights, directional indicators all round and front sidelights don't work? I've read about the tail light module which i was looking into bypassing to see if that sorted things, but would that affect the front sidelights and indicators? and would it not cut out brake lights? Any help would be massively appreciated as im not the best with electronics.

Hey guys, I thought you all might like this. For my 33rd Birthday my wife has gone all out for me and had a cake made out of a silver Nissan 300ZX Z32. The first thing I noticed with the cake is its a 2+0 model, series 1 spoiler & aftermarket wheels. It has tinted windows, silver wiper arms, and series 1 tail lights and front indicators. LOL My wife's best friend's boyfriends mum is a professional cake maker and she prepared this wonderful cake for me for today and think its amazing. I can now finally tick off 300ZX birthday cake from my bucket list :zlove:

1990 Z32 TT. So I was stripping the interior of my boot lid to refurb the rubber seals etc, and noticed this block attached to the bootlid. I thought maybe it was part of the mechanism for the (removed) rear windscreen wiper, but there are no connections. It's just a metal block connected by rubber to the brackets that bolt it to the bootlid via the holes to the left and right of the block in the picture (2x10mm bolts). Just wondering if anyone knows what its purpose is? Weight distribution? Bolt on block to replace a windscreen wiper mechanism? Cheers

Well not really but they are both Zed's. Weather was too bad on Friday after work so I left my zed at the work and managed to hitch a ride back to work today with my sister in her z4. Never drove it myself but it felt really clunky in the gear change.

Upon dripping the O/S suspension I noticed a tiny rust bubble under the underseal in the rear wheel arch.... I cleaned off the underseal and found a small hole about M8 bolt size..... more work with a wire brush on my drill expanded the small rusty hole to this.... Looks like I have the inner sill now rusting away..... I have an idea what to do now and will be cutting out the rust later today to install a new section as soon as the suspension is all removed...... I am again joining Redwine300 on a mission to temporarily kill the tin worm!!! Now a bit gutted again....... A question for the knowledgeable...... If I added a copper pipe to the repair pan…

Need some advice from the track guys, looking for a pair of harness for my slicktop, it's getting a half roll cage and recaro seats (evo 4 same as version R seats) what harnesses do people recommend, limited to a 4 point because of the seats, like the look of luke 75mm fia ones, but they are twice the price of others I've seen, now price isn't a major factor, but not going to waste it if it's unnecessary...
