all of the above... you need to check further... so... it could be the targa drain hose... if so it needs attention immediately as water will be leaking on to the electrics & fuse box... big problems further down the line. it could be the heater matrix or one of the hoses ... if so it needs attention immediately.. lost of coolant is a killer for the Zed engine. it could be because of the under carriage wash and it should still be wet because of the padding acting like a sponge... takes ages to dry down there. find out what it is... look for loss of coolant and water on the hump under the carpet (but usually you will have it both sides for the matrix but it could be one of the pipes. check up under the dash on the drivers side above the fuse box for a loose pipe, try putting some water in the targa drain hole and see if it comes out under the car. take the carpet up (seat out) and see if there are any holes underneath that might have let water in. best of luck...

you must have shot some where... I'm sure I saw a way to check for electrical leak (short) somewhere... I'll see if i can find it (might have been on the Oz forum)

is the maf you're old one or a new one? can you get a spare to try... in case it's the connector or the loom... and have you cleaned the connectors?

is it a TT on an NA ??

download the owners manual from nissan... http://www.nissan-techinfo.com/deptog.aspx?dept_id=39 there are four screws on the back of each light (two for each bulb, horizontal and vertical) .... however sometimes the little plastic cogs break and they don't work .... that will require a bit of work to fix... plenty of info on here (and other sites) about it...

like we said (me and phutumsch) you are much better off with a new indicator relay unit... simple job and good for further changes...

we tried them.. didn't notice any difference... but not saying they don't work, just didn't for our dog.. If I could be bothered I'd following him around the garden with a watering can... lol.. or teach him to use the loo... or pee on the gravel...
