  1. Yep, pull the fuse and ABS wont work Something else to consider, there is ALOT of pipework on the zeds because of the location of the ABS pump. You MAY end up with a better pedal feel if you were to delete the ABS pump and re pipe all the brake lines from the master cylinder to each individual caliper, rather than it all going from the MC, to the boot, then back out to each caliper
  2. Isherwood is finally got his up for sale i think
  3. without wanting to get into the same old discussion of zed turbos, but its pretty much accepted that they become inefficient over 16.5psi, so while they will go higher, there is almost no point. I didnt just say safe map, i said very very safe in that its been set to over fuel to prevent det, agreed that if that is the case that engine wont be far off bore wash
  4. Thats running very rich, AFR of 10:1 pretty much through the rev range, its deffo got more to give. Wouldnt say you have a boost leak either, looks like boost builds nicely and is pretty consistant but your pretty much on the limit of the Auto turbos at 15psi, more likely that its a very very safe map.
  5. Speak to Jaffa bud, he's doing time attack nowadays and may have come up with a solution for this
  6. Fronts easy (I have 9.5x18 ET 22 up front and fit fine) rears will need a bit of work though due to the offset. I'm running 10jx18 ET 38 at the rear with 295 rubber and deffo needed arch roll - - - Updated - - - Oh, and I'm only running 0.7 degree neg camber at the rear
  7. Hey buddy Hope youre keeping well, great to see the old girl back on the road again!
  8. I forgot to take any pics, took a couple shortly after
  9. Yeah would have been good to catch up mate. Was a good day, but chuffin cold when the sun went in! Always a nice mix of cars though
  10. try taking it off somewhere else, mine takes its reading from the vac line for the fuel pressure reg
  11. As much as this probably wont help, but it takes as long as it takes, its not the sort of thing you should try and put a time line on
  12. You sure youve not got any boost leaks in the lines your boost controller is hooked up to?
  13. Cheers Jeff. Looks like mine has been bent quite far up the pedal arm.
  14. Can someone take a pic of their pedals for me just so I have something to compare it to?
  15. I know of no job on the zed that isnt a pig to do!
  16. aaaaah, thought you were implying that if the pedal was bent the whole thing is shagged, which obv doesnt appear to be the case Looks like ill have to do the usual zed acrobatics to get under the dash and see how it comes out (the pedal box that is)
  17. Remove the pedal arm from the box and replace just the pedal. Its only held on with one bolt and a couple of locking pins
  18. Why would i need to change the whole pedal box for the sake on a bent pedal, when there is nothing to suggest that anything else has been interfered with??
  19. TBH im pretty sure its been bent over to suit someone with small feet to do heel and toe (it is a jap import after all), but its always been a manual, manual turbos came off it during its rebuild. No play in the pedals, the shaft it links onto is straight as an arrow. Infact it looks like there has been no interference with anything on the pedal box at all, just that the pedals are pissed
  20. Nope, always been a manwell
