Seperate circuit paths for driver and passenger window motors. Check the 15A fuse shown in the diagram (junction/fuse box - EPS/HICAS) located in the drivers footwell. The ignition relay also controls the power window circuit. This is often damaged by water leaks from targa drain.

You can check them with a fused +12v source (battery) and a multimeter set to continuity testing. These pages from the FSM show the standard relays, their functions and connections: el-5-6.pdf Before you buy any of them ask on here first as you may be able to get working s/h ones. Their part#'s should be printed/stamped on the upper body of the relay.
