How did he brake test it, hope it wasn't on the rollers, lsd or 4wd should not be tested, Should have been tested with a deceleration meter...and its hard to fail one of them lol...

Si im really sorry I seem to have 2 right insides and 1 left but its damaged and been pop riveted.... Some proof I looked lol... u can just make out the rivets, sorry si...

Its blue/grey I have had turbos leak on another zed was the same has this, If I rev to just over 3000rpm in neutral when hot I get a little smoke too...

Whats the 1 way block never heard of it, im pretty confident its the turbos, and it didn't smoke before at all, I have new pcv valves too... Im kind of hoping I can get another cat weld them into my exhaust and hope it goes away lol...

Hi guys, My zed is smoking, I have put a standard engine and turbos back in for this year and it did not smoke at all before the lump was pulled, When I 1st start it there's no smoke then on idle it will start to smoke a little, but if I drive it theres no smoke... But if I drive it hard on boost I get a puff of smoke, but if I drive it normal ish it does not smoke, It had cats before and now I've removed them im thinking they masked the smoke, Do you think it will mask it and stop it smoking for the summer if I refit cats, If it will I only have one cat has anyone got a spare cat.... Any help appreciated,

Si I'll look in doors I did have some, And I have just remembered again I have your bloody strut tops still sitting in my garage, Really sorry I keep forgetting im useless, Cause the mirror bit is colour coded at the end I had my metal bits powdercoated and I think they look better... I'll post a pic.

Dont worry that front bumper wont be fitted like that once painted, Its got none of the nuts holding bumper to wings its just placed on to go paint shop with few bolts so its easier to get off... - - - Updated - - -

The uk door glass I have is quite scratched I noticed it in the sun, So I need both door glass, I haven't done much just waiting for my bro In law to repaint the bloody bumpers, It actually drives now and have driven it so it works ok lol... I'll put up a couple of pics now...

But still check the bleed nipple is at the top I had what seemed like no air leaving the system but the pedal was soft. Because if u think about it, if the bleed nipple is lower down the caliper and the air is at the top of caliper where the bleed nipple should be....then the air will be trapped in the system.

Also I had a problem once make sure calipers are on the right side... The bleed nipple has to be at the top of the caliper to let air out... I done this with the stock calipers on the zed and tried everything to bleed them then realised I had calipers around the wrong way so nipples were at the bottom... Swapped round and they worked perfectly lol...
