  1. I didn't mean that against what u said about slipping just letting him know to not accidently buy a non turbo clutch and I have no doubt the cc clutch will be better but is it much more expensive this na clutch I have seems great at about 15psi no slipping so the tt one should be even better,
  2. I have xtd but there is 2 listings on ebay I bought one fitted it and it was a bloody na clutch, I don't know why I missed the non turbo bit but i bought it because it said 400odd bhp and torque so automatically thought must be a tt clutch, I have left it fitted and its working fine but I had to disconnect the servo cause the pedal was to light, Just make sure you buy the tt kit and should be ok...
  3. Makes me sick how nice I was being lol...
  4. Best club in the world:hurl:
  5. For sending me camber bolts and anti roll bar brackets... Thanks guys and they wouldn't except postage... I can now spin up the world in my zed...1st time in about 2yrs too lol...
  6. I have removed mine and i mot cars and see no problem with it cause there's a chassis number just under the scuttle panel I use that to get the chassis number, To paint the engine bay properly the tag would need to be moved so any car with a colour change should have had it removed and left off or rivited back on... id leave it off and rivet it back on if the time came. this is mine removed much better lol, but I wish I welded the little holes up
  7. Hi guys I found another couple of silly bits I have misplaced, Has anyone got a set of front washer squirters with the 1way valves etc in the pipes... And the 2 half moon shaped caps that go over the anti roll bar bushes and bolt it to the rear subframe, Any help appreciated,
  8. Hi guys I really need both of the rear camber bolts 2xbolts with the funny washers i need the other 2washers what go the other end of the bolts and the nuts...Please please please lol...I want a drive in my zed 1st time in about 2yrs.
  9. Unless your running drag tires I doubt u will break it... I would have thought the rears would just spin up, I looked about on google and they reckon at worse half shaft would break, What are u going to be doing with the car road and track or 1/4mile
  10. Sorry it was the plugs on the back of the clocks pushed them about and it started working lol... I stripped it to a bare shell and disturbed everything and had a boost gauge not working and my stupid clutch problem so not that bad... Thanks everyone...
  11. Im sure its the same diff thats in skylines etc and I reckon it would be ok, Na rear end less power needed to go faster too lol...
  12. I have had mine on the motorway and its only a few hundred rpm different so literally nothing, But the car feels better for no hicas its also made the car a bit lighter, The na rear end also to me makes it feel like your in a much smaller lighter car, it just pulls. I use mine on uk roads so its not like im going to running out of top end often and it will still it 150mph with more that im pretty sure of lol... But I use the acceleration every time I drive it so acceleration I'd say is more important...
  13. Yeah the fly should be smaller but its working fine on the starter but it is noisey when starting but not slipping on the teeth, I have 3 starters so dont care lol I just want to drive it a bit... It says the nt clutch hold 400bhp and about the same torque so we will see... The bearing lines up with the fingers no problem its the outter edge that is different in size, And yeah the pressure plate forks must be lighter cause na has no servo.
  14. Theres 2 types on ebay for the 300zx one is around 269 and one is around 289, I must have bought the one for 269 which says is stage 3 bla bla bla lol but then hidden the bugger says nt which I reckon stands for non turbo. .. when u read them properly one is for tt and one for na, so it looks like im stuck with it cause I haven't got 300quid at the moment and its gonna be my problem for not reading it properly, cant see them replacing it, Well it reckons it can hold a bit of power so I'll just use to it breaks and get a tt one and then I can plug my servo back in... Z32 bolt it fitted just like a tt kit so I took no notice lol...
  15. I might be wrong or worrying to much but id be scared heating it up my damage the paint inside the seals and start rusting from the inside, Even if u spray cavity wax in there id still be happier for having the paint to protect inside too. But im just a worrier when it comes to my zed and I hate rust its horrible stuff, and probably will be fine lol.
  16. Oh I think I have found the problem bet they sent me an na clutch flywheel kit.... Invoice says nt clutch kit lol...why would they sell a stage 3 nt kit...
  17. Sorry just to make clear just an old clutch what actually worked its only for a test.... I know a new one would be impossible lol...
  18. Hi guys has anyone got an old stock clutch that worked they don't want, Pressure plate, and friction/centre plate whatever u want to call it lol... I'm having problems with a clutch pedal, and I have an xtd clutch and flywheel so I want to pull the box and see if stock clutch solves it, Problem I have is I haven't driven the car for over 2yrs so i couldn't just say I have fitted this and it doesn't work, The cylinders have been sitting in my garage for so long they could be crap... But I back bleed them and it goes in gear with engine running and its working but the pedal is stupid light and I've had to disconnect the servo to make the pedal feel stock...
  19. Yeah it works but with servo on its like a pedal that has nothing connected to it, And with the servo disconnected its like a stock clutch still light,
  20. Well my clutch works, I back bleed it with a pump type oil can, works great for bleeding and no mess filling the pot, Just put some silicon tube on an oil can, Put the pipe on the bleed nipple and get someone to watch the pot keep pumping to u fill the slave the pipe and the pot with fluid and shut nipple has u pump oil can... But I still have a problem with the clutch, I bought a xtd clutch and flywheel, And I was expecting the clutch to be heavy, but its to light, I have had to disconnect the servo to make it feel like stock with the servo on it works but its just so light... Anyone got any ideas now lol, an uprated clutch that is stupid light, the stock clutch without the servo was pretty heavy, this clutch feels stock with servo disconnected. ..
  21. Hi guys, Bloody car lol...I fitted my clutch lines tonight to see if the car would move on its own for the 1st time in about 2yrs, But I can't get a pedal, all was working fine when car was stripped, I have an hel straight line so should bleed easy, ive bleed the clutch about 100 times lol and never had a problem, I had the misses pumping the pedal and i was underneath and its only pushing the fork a tiny bit, Funny thing is the pedal isn't staying down its returning but its very light even with engine off... Anyone got any ideas,
  22. Cheers guys I'll give it a try, thank you... I tried to look at wiring diagram on the online manual on my phone before starting this thread but it won't let me look at the full page, Its like the psge is to big for the phone lol... Thanks again everyone....
