  10. Ah whoops, school boy error not undoing the fill hole plug first, surprising how easy that mistake is made. The fill plug is there, higher than the drain around the side, clean off the drivers side if the diff with a brush and some cleaners and you will see it, be careful not to round it off as it will be very tight. Jeff
  11. This is worth a read, a few tips on both selling and buying a 300zx here > > > http://www.zedworld.co.uk/wizzs.html Jeff
  12. Just bought two new Bridgestone Potenzas rear tyres to match my new fronts and paid £450 for both delivered, German supplier but no issue with prompt delivery to the UK, of course I then had to get them to Portugal but that is actually easy, not sure of your tyre size but these are not skinny one`s by any measure ! Here is the e-bay link https://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/roundtriptyres-co-uk?_trksid=p2047675.l2559 Jeff
  13. Well there is some oddness to the way things are done here, hidden cameras locations are actually listed on the Gnr Web site at the beginning of each month, but fixed cameras are not ? The driving standards are equal to the worst of any European country, UK included. But this hiding of camera is not about education or speed reduction, it is just a revenue stream. That said the UK originally did just this until motoring bodies got things changed, I have no illusion that the Portuguese authorities will listen to me Stephen, after all why should they...lol
  14. Portimão Airport is small, very small, busiest part is the skydiving school and a few transfer flights in small aircraft. Jeff
  15. Top advice there !! This is where your buyers address comes back to, does that look fitting to the type of sale and price ? kind of looks an expensive pad to me. Jeff

  19. No pipe chopping required, they just undo, and removing the seat is the key. Jeff
  20. To be honest Tony, don`t do it yourself, get it to a gearbox specialist in your area such as >> http://www.gearboxrepairsyorkshire.co.uk/ Not all zed autobox`s have a drain plug and will need the sump removing, and it very quickly becomes very messy as the sump holds more than a litre that you cannot drain out and it gets everywhere !! that said the sump needs removing anyway to remove and clean the strainer, if you just release the fluid from the drain plug if you have one, only a couple of litres will come out, hence removing the sump gets more out when you release the strainer and of course you will need a new sump gasket. Average price for the work around £120 to £150 I would think. Jeff
  21. Couple of video`s too >>>
  22. Winter time can provide some crazy sunsets where ever you are but i could not ignore this Kodak moment on my late afternoon / early evening walk without taking some pics on my phone. The light was amazing, would have been a great backdrop for some car pictures...crazy nice considering the date ! Have a great Christmas to you all Jeff - - - Updated - - -
