ptu recall
On a 25 year old car i doubt it very much lol, i think there is a time limit on recalls, i had a new Citroen relay van that had a recall on the spare wheel hanger and had to be done by a certain date.

Decat pipe question
I have non turbo decat pipes pictured below, they are advertised by Japspeed as turbo or non turbo, so my question is, when i convert my zed to a TT will these match up to the standard turbo as they are or will i need something else? Coming from a UK TT and will remove the precat too Cheers

Hello
Hi Matt and welcome back, lovely looking zed and a UK TT with low miles  we have some members breaking zeds and some traders with used parts, so you should have no problem replacing the injectors. Injectors on 1 and 2 are pretty much the easiest to access and by 1 and 2 you mean the front two looking at the engine i take it lol

clocks
You can buy a kph to mph convertor fitted, but the best way forward is to fit UK clocks, depending on the series car you have

Electrical issue
Just undo a couple of screws in the arch liner and pull it back a bit, its situated in the near bottom behind the arch liner
-
Electrical issue
Buzzing in the drivers wing could well be the starter relay, which is behind the inner plastic liner at the bottom of the wing near the door.

Electrical issue
To eliminate any ancilliary take out fuse by fuse and see if that changes the dash lights, then move to the engine bay fuses. There are some relays behind the fuse board/kickpanel and often a problem with water ingress or corrosion can affect the components on the board.

Red Z project.
I had a misfire that took an age to isolate, after checking all the injectors, connectors and everything else associated i decided to take a look at the ecu and low and behold, i had a burnt out pin, which turned out to be injector number three. The board was too badly burnt around the pin to resolder, so i used a wire tail to link the continuity and hey presto my misfire disappeared. After checking all your connections in the engine bay, at least worth a look into the ecu, once apart it will be very obvious if there is a burned out pin.

Changing gear box oil
No you wont break it, its quite a thick threaded bung, make sure the you use a short extension and make sure its seated well into the hole, more chance of rounding off the square hole than anything.
