  1. Gary i just bought a set from ebay,A guy in Aus sells old stock oem units for sensible money.I would follow Andrews guide before wading in though.
  2. Now that does sound interesting indeed !! I look forward to hearing from you.It is great you have started with an excellent car.No house building on sand for you Sir ?
  3. A clean JDM example..What a great find.Well done on snapping a good one up.
  4. Chris i can not tell you how valuable fixes like this are,I take my hat off to you sir ! Well done buddy
  5. Just a paper exercise Gary when she is that good !
  6. 94 onwards zeds just about rust everywhere,100 % the worst models for it,The lack of seam sealer/ underseal/Paint from the factory has doomed many a late model. They rust just about everywhere.
  7. I did a 60k Belt service on it earlier this year,It now belongs to a lad called Matt Clarke.I will not forget him as he gave me a "since you" after collection.Claims his headlamp aim was off since i did his cam belt but it was fine before...
  8. Are you confusing Greg with somebody else ? I have scoured the internet and never found anything bad about Pro Tuner. The only thing bad you will hear is he is picky ,So if a car is in poor state or badly cobbled together he will refuse to tune it,Which is a good thing right ?
  9. They are going to look something else Raja when we get those on !
  10. Check the " Eng Cont" fuse in the engine bay box behind the passenger headlamp
  11. All that lot will do is ruin the car.And the rose joints are made from cheese on DW stuff.
  12. Phil P managed to get an oem spoiler through Luke just before Christmas.£740 delivered.
  13. Sorry not sure what happened on that last post comment,A car that is not rusty and well looked after here in the UK Is rarer than hens teeth
  14. Have a great day Richard !
  15. That car used to park less than 3 miles from my house.I left a business card on it once but never heard anything from its owner.NA auto iirc
  16. I believe you did Richard indeed. It was the uber low miler i showed you.
  17. When you are ready give me a call or ping me on jimvg30dett@gmail.com
  18. The stick will need removing which is possible from inside,Just !! The striker rod replacement requires the box removing.
  19. My advice is DO NOT fit one.A alarming number of cars i work on with one fitted have gearbox issues. It will turn your box into a David Brown 6 speed that was fitted into a 1978 Scammell Routemaster.Treat your original shifter to a rebuilt pivot along with new bushes. And if play is still present it is possible the Striker Rod Universal Joints are worn. The striker rod is available new still.
  20. Hi Mark,Pretty sure we did the box oil & Filter,What is it doing exactly ?
  21. The subframe can 100% stay in for a fuel tank swap unless it is a swb model.I know Stephen your car is a lwb model.
  22. On the ball Richard as always ?
  23. Old age Lee setting in.You will be listening to Radio 4 next and keeping bits of wood for stirring paint ?
