Well today at least the big ball of fire in the sky made an appearance. wel it did in Sussex 5 mins from leaving my house come to a crossroads with traffic lights on red, There stood on the opposite side waving at me was another black zed, zxmark. Nice time to light up the wheels on green light. Facing each other. Looked good and two black zeds accelerating quite hard and each other. Good to see you mate.

Well what have you got that very few others have. Should be something that cant be got hold off anymore, or is very limited. My input. A complete set of deep pile fairlady mats for a lwb, in A1 condition. An under stereo cubby hole box, again perfect. and a pair of Chrome not plastic but metal FairladyZ badges for the front wings (believed to be of an original 240z or similar), posted on here if anyone had or has seen, but no, also never seen on ebay or any other sites. What else is out there that we havent seen before.

Right, I've had a search around the forums and am still unclear about this so I'll ask in the hope that someone can help me! A few weeks ago I started up the car (at night), turned on the lights and the rear foglamp turned itself on. If I pressed the foglamp button, it had no effect. If I put the high beams on and then pressed the foglamp switch, all the lights would go off. This was pretty amusing but ultimately unpractical. This issue seemed to resolve itself just as soon as it started for reasons that are beyond me. Today I went out for a drive and all the electrics were working fine. I get in the car to head out again this evening and the headlights are…

Well got my parts yesterday to do the wheel stud, and gaiter. Took the wheel off the car. undid the caliper, slipped it off the disk, and noticed it was leaking at the pipe as it goes into the stud. yay another problem. Hammered the crap out of the stud and the caliper dropped off ? lol Replaced the stud, removed the offending brake pipe, went and got a new one, Replaced it. replaced the steering gaiter. Thought i know, ill bleed the brakes now, did a search on how and what to do, followed it to the letter. even used JeffTT's advice and did the ABS thingy in the boot first. then the fronts, and then the rears. Still have very spongy pedal then it goes…

Has anyone got the Autowatch 160RLI system fitted on their vehicle. I am looking for a user manual as I am having problems with mine. Every time I go near the passenger side window (Closed) when the alarm is set, it gives one solitary blip. I am told it is a Cat. 1 Thatcham system with a double immobiliser. Thanks.

My son has a Toyota Celica convertible (M Reg) and the key is stuck in the ignition. The only way you can remove the key is by disconnecting the battery. Appreciate this is not a ZX, but has anyone had this experience before? I am guessing that there must be relay or something that prevents removal at some stage. Any assistance appreciated.

Hi, I have been thinking of buying a interior trim kit to replace my tweed. The long term plan is to change the tweed panels for red and then black leather seats in the future. If I can find any that aren't ripped  My question is where can I buy the trim panel kit? I remember them being on ebay a few months back for around £60 but haven't seem them again. Also are the decats on ebay any good for n/a car? The seller is 2fast2cool from memory. Now my car is loud :) so is it going to be undriveable and will I get pulled by the cops for any reason. Its a pre 92 car so mot doesn't matter im just thinking the noise lol! My car has been known to set car alarms …

Well im sick of the faded grey look of the front bumper so i have decided to spray it black as suggested by FunkiSi. Just finished the primer coat so a bit more to do yet. Then the idea is to smoke the front clear lights to blend it all in. Love doing these little projects. Happy days
