hi guys, i havent been on here for a while as i sold my Zed earlier in the year and bought a skyline, but ive missed the old girl and just bought another one, But as i have no solid income and still own the skyline im on a very tight budget, so i managed to pick up a black TT auto for 300 quid, the catch is that the owner put a new battery on it but put the terminals on the wrong way, !! since then he was not able to get it working, i havent started investigating yet but though maby some of you guys may have some advise on what may have blown or burnt out?? I hope its not too much as like i said im on a budget!!!

Ok guys and girls who came to the Zedworld Xmas Bash today, a few peeps had no alternative to not come due to the weather in their area`s and completely understand but a heart felt thank you to all of those who did attend for the support and for showing the real dedication that you guys have to be part of the 300zx community. Soppy yes but think it really felt like a big family party rather than a group of people from all parts of the county that sort of know each other via this forum. Shows how even when Mother Nature tries her hardest we will not be beaten Thank you to all who took part in the £1 raffle, it raised £67.00 and this is to be donated to G…

Well, its been ages since i've done anything to the Zed. Just enjoyed lots of trouble free motoring. But...now i have some time off work i've started doing a few things i want to it. First off....fitted the Apexi Induction kit & bumper removal ready for the 99spec front then removed Fujitsubo exhausts & flaky oem spoiler....i wanted the kaminari one but settled for a Monza one with slight modification insteas :( tried it in black after i saw that white and black one on here with blue rear lights.....wasn't keen so went almost body colour...needs respray. trial fit of new exhaust boxes....SWB ones..but got a part welded…

Anyone have any idea how easy it'd be to wire up a remote start on a car? obviously the main alarm would have to be turned off first and then remote started. Vijay

For anyone who's delocked your car, did you run extra wires anywhere for jumpstarting a flat battery? If so what did you use and where did you run it to? Cheers Vijay

hi, i just fitted a new tyre to my Z32, and have noticed the car now twitches at speed, for no reason it goes off to the side, then corrects its self again, not sure if its just driving it on ice, but its really hard to control, wonder if this is a hicas problem? of alinment? or somthing else? the front wheels seem to be turning correctly, it just seems like the new rear left tyre is causing problems.

Greetings all. My mechanic informs me that I could do with replacing the handbrake brake shoes on my Zed, but also informs me that he cannot get these thru his normal suppliers. He has suggested I launch this thread. Can anybody point me in the right direction as to where I might obtain and purchase a set? Hope you're all well.

Hi Bud, been to my scrapper this morning to see if i can get the pipe off, WTF!! theres millions of pipes!! I havent got a clue which one goes where? I forgot to take my camera, so i used the one on my phone and took a picture off that with my normal camera (I`m not having a good day)I gave up just as it started snowing down the crack of my arse :headvswal So if you can tell me which pipe it is, i will try again But to be honest, i would take JeffTT`s offer to get a pipe to you. I will probably go again and not have the right tools, Got the window motor though sorry to be a let down , The first picture shows my hand with a pipe in it, is this the one? …

well the zed is coming off the road this weekend for a bit of a tidy up and the 400sx project is being sidelined for 6 months or so. im doing a manual conversion, cam belt change, plenum polish and engine clean up so i figure ill just pull the engine and box together. i might also ditch the hicas and give the bay a bit of a respray. i also have a 99 spec bumper to go on, a bonnet and wings to respray, and a rusty patch on the back. i was also going to do the bits of roof black and remove the stone chip around the car. i will be doing the work myself and can spray 2k it seems i might aswell respray the whole car while im at it the car is currently …

When we had the mosoon the z started misfiring quiet bad, no smoke but no power. Felt like a cylinder had stopped werkin. Drove for a few miles and it started werkin again. drove for 20 miles a few days later, filled up and same thing, 2 miles later it sorted itself out. always seems to clear up after a few miles and rarley happens at all. feel it's getting a bit more frequent tho. any ideas?

Could i have some thoughts and info on a damaged and repaired Cat D? The thing is i can get the car really cheap. I'm going to modify it and de value it anyway as everyone likes original NSX cars so for my case does it matter it is Cat D. The guy said there is no certificate of the work carried but as it is a Cat D you dont need one. Would this affect the issurance being a CAT D?
