Blue LWB Walters ash about 4.30 sunday 29th Led 6 pot rear lights looked very tidy, I was in the black SWB with the other 2 zeds in convoy heading to High Wycombe.

hubby has asked me to ask you lot if you have any ideas why he's car is playing up, he says its running lovely until ya hit 3,000-3,500 revs and then it coughs and splutters, its only just started doing this. any ideas what he can check for? thanks in advance x

Hi , going down the A pillars is a pipe that carries the rain water from the targa channels on the roof down to some drain pipes that come out underneath the car. Where these rubber pipes come down the inside of the wing area, they hook up to the metal pipe that eventually drains to outside. Now don't ask how this has happened but BOTH rubber tubes have come off where they meet this metal pipe, symptoms of this include lots of water on the passenger carpet around the ECU and some more water spilling onto all the fuses... if you peek under the passenger foot well at the most awkward of angles you can just see the pipe JeffTT had this issue a while ago an…

Hey guys just wanted to share the massive cruise we had over in the Victoria. The GOR as we like to call it is a cruise along a stretch of road that follows the contours of the cliff side right next to the west coast of Apollo Bay in Victoria's south west region. Heaps of tight fast twisty roads along with beautiful scenery + 35 Zeds makes for a fun day out. Anyways onto the photos. Hi guys, I'm from Australia, but hoping you can help..:) Ok this is weird so please bare with me while I explain.. The zed (1990 NA, 5 Speed) has developed a very annoying electrical problem, this is what it does: Drive the zed around and all is fine. All of a sudden I will start to hear a whine coming through the car, that rises or decreases based on the revs of the engine. This whine will come and go but will always be present for the rest of the drive. Then, when I finally come to a stop and switch the car off, I lose all power. hi everyone, just bought my first 300zx on friday, its a 93 twin turbo fairlady, runs really nice although iv noticed the oil pressure seems very high, its measured in kg/cm and it steadily goes up to between 9 and 10 the gauge ends at 11 so im quite worried about it, iv checked the oil level which is fine, just been serviced, its had a ecu remap and bigger injectors put in, but now im thinking about not driving it incase i do any damage, any ideas what it could be? everything else seems fine and it got me back over 200 miles no problem. thanks very much.

I've been reading through some of the seat belt retract problems but couldnt see anything related to a UK car. The drivers side one is very slow to retract and was wondering is there a diy fix for it?

Further to my post re rear passenger footwell damp, possible cause a blocked rear targa drain pipe. There are many posts re drain pipe for targas but nothing for the rear. Firstly remove the targa, and the lower interior panel below the seatbelt, also it makes easy acces to remove the rear seat. Remove the complete seat belt mechanisim, to locate the pipe. This was the culprit, it should be a complete length, but mine was only a half, so would drain directly into the bodywork and out of the hole that should have the pipe through it. hello everyone [again] my mate come see me with his z, running a bit funny, when looked at throttle position sensor,the opposite plug to the one you pull apart to reset tps, as only 2 wires going to it, every other z looked at as 3, pulled covering off loom as far as i can go back and cant find no 3rd wire, anyone know if theirs a wiring diagram anywhere any help appreciated, thank you

hello every1 found 3 nissan ptu in boxes in my garage they are similar to mine on my k reg tt, as in wires going in both sides, but off the top off my head the plugs look slightly differant to mine any1 got any pics of a series 2 ptu thank you

Yep this isnt the usual 'my targa is leaking', more of a where does the targa pipe discharge? Passenger side, to the rear of the targa roof, is a drain hole, that should be attached to the pipe and drain to below the sill. My rear passenger footwell is showing slight water. have checked all the targa rubbers, and all is good. the top of the hole is clear, but i cant work out where the pipe should discharge under the sill, i know it follows the pillar behind the card in line with the seat belt. I think its either blocked further down or perished somewhere between the targa and the sill, Is it one piece of tubing or two? and where should it come out.

....This would be a nice Zed, if it wasn't for the Boxy front end, and the Airfix Stickers. What front end is that anyway, is it a custom jobby??

That low winter sun really gives off some strong light!! Took some piccys today........ Still not sure if my fronts stick out too much! Chuffed with the wiper and squirter removal though! Polishing really paid off looking at it now. Bonnet catch looks really green! That's being painted black tomorrow! All the prep work I did on the balance bar before chroming seems to have paid off. 3 connectors next to the fuse box are now an eye sore. They will be tucked away tomorrow! Scuttle panels, battery connecters, suspension mounts are next to be sorted when I have the funds - hopefully…
