  4. A quick guide for anyone looking to fit stainless steel fuel lines, its a nice easy job but I couldn't see a guide elsewhere. Also for anyone looking to get a set, if your anything like myself I always like to see whats involved before I buy something. Engine bay before: 1. First things first, start by removing the following fuse from the small fuse box located by the brake master cylinder: 2. No picture need here, open the petrol cap to release preasure from the system then turn the engine over a few seconds to remove fuel from the lines. 3. Remove the throttle cable cover. Four screws hold this in place, the final one is at the rear of…

Well, nearly! Just got back from my travels yesterday, so there was about an inch of dust and plant debris on my car. I was out of Tripplewax shampoo, so nipped to Asda for a few car cleaning products. Got a carrier bag full of tins, magic potions and enough micro-fibre cloths to make a patch work quilt. There was an offer on the T-Cut and Car Polish - 4 quid for the lot. Then I spent the next 3 hours washing, drying, T-Cutting and polishing the Zed. The paintwork has looked a little tired for some time. Namely because I bought a cheapo car cover (before I got my targas fixed) that scratched all the paint above the wheelarches. Anyway, I could not believe the tr…

Had a change of plan for my seats and these will be up for sale soon, they have been professionally fitted using real leather with red stitching and are less than 1 year old, drivers is electric and passenger is manual, not sure on a price yet but make some sensible offers and I can see what I can do, I havent got my new ones yet so they wont be for sale until the new ones turn up, but I`m just gauging interest first heres some pics, more on request Daz

I went for a drive this afternoon, driving into Rugby with roadworks, lights went green off i went when i saw a sign saying RAMP AHEAD, so with my front end being low I slowed down so i would not do any damage, before i knew what happened a **** in a company car rams me up the ass, Damage to rear quarter, exhaust and rear bumper, I spent most of my working life with bodywork, so it has not done any chassis damage,,,, PORTA POWER , will jack it back into shape, Its just a question now of convinsing the insurers not to write it off Pics posted later I AM TOTALLYYYYYYYYYY PI...D OFF

hi everyone, Running standard shocks and springs, was wondering if anyone else as had any issues with zed sitting to high, mainly the rear, had it before when jacked car up but normally settles, But have not jacked it up, and can get my fist between top of wheel and arch, just seems its raised itself, on my uk zed came out one morning and rear one side was sitting really high and shock had jammed up, do the shock raise when they have had it, or am i dreaming that its raised,

I have Falken tyres on the rear and both were new at the same time, i had all the tracking balancing and set up done while having new front tyres fitted, but i noticed today that my rear left tyre is nearly illegal, while my drivers rear still has a good amount of tread. Now the worn tyre has worn evenly over the tread of the tyre inside to out, so what i cant understand is how one tyre on the same axle can wear (evenly) and the other side virtually untouched in comparison. I drive it fairly modestly and dont go ragging round corners. Any ideas?

Today John came up and fitted my Emerald ECU. He was up north on holiday and gave up his time to ensure I could get the car ready to take to Emerald on Thursday. The man is a true gentleman and I can't thank him enough for his time and expertise today. Cheers John!
