not sure if i'm going mad but my Clear 94 Indicators dont fit my 98/99 front bumper are they different ? had a look on zcenter but all look the same shape

ok, in an effort to make sure I actually use the car, and because I've always wanted to do it, I've signed myself up for this year's TimeAttack. I'll be in Club RWD class, and I imagine against some very stiff competition from what i can see from previous years. Never done anything like this before, just a couple of track days, so it's going to be a huge learning curve :crying: Dates are below, and if you can make it then please come along and say hi, and if you're unlucky I'll rope you in to help too! Hey guys, been a while since i've posted had my head in the car and various other things.... Here a bit of an update on my ZX... Some may be familiar with a sileighty/sil80 ... which is a s13 silvia front on a 180sx/240sx. problem is i never like the rears of those cars, nor the rear of the s13 itself... so what to do what to do... So i have gone with silvia s13 + 300zx/fairlady = Silady. The idea has as i expected recieved mixed/abusive .... comment on a facebook zx page. Ahhh well heres some pictures anyway. (only just sat there still have ALOT to do)

does anyone know. Can I connect first have from tt lwb manual propshaft with second half of Na lwb manual. the lenght both is the same 606mm so does in fits together ?

got heater matrix hoses replaced today. then fired IT up and IT has now decided to be missing on a cylinder! i've checked around to see if i've snapped anything obvious,ie plugs to injectors etc.but all looks in intact. any suggestions? cheers in advance ,lee

not sure if this works but i am trying to upload two pictures , first shows a pipe i found blanked off with a bolt whilst changing my PCV valves, the second is me trying to point with a screwdriver as to where i am guessing it should go, can somebody clever please confirm for me also what is the impact of driving around with the pipe blanked off ( as i have been doing ) thanks Sayers

Kind of difficult without me even seeing it yet but am told its got a leak on the hicas !! is this a common thing with hicas ? and is there anything in particular it will be ? Can anyone give me a rough idea of cost for an auto to manual convertion ? diy and garage ?

Made up .. just bought coppens red zed :) so happy as missed mine like mad :) plan is a respray, new rims , mot work and manual converstion .. hopefully be.on the road in 6/8 weeks :)

Ive been on a quest to find a spoiler for my build...Ive been racking my brains and searching the net for answers. Ive even considered having one made but that could turn out even more expensive and a very long process than the one ive found. Just dont think i can part with nearly £500 for this item. Does anyone know of anything simular or any other designs that would work with my car. It was between the CSL and the Twinz spoiler but recently the CSL has grown on me.

Since ive owned my zed the intermittent wiper switch hasnt worked, and the dash light dimmer hasnt worked and have been told it could be due to the timer control unit.........but where is it and what does it look like?

Hi mate's was wondering is it ok to have 9.5 width alloys at the front, the wheels i want only come con-caved at 9.5 width and i want the concaved look at the front as well,theres 2option i can cave 17" 9.5 front 18" 9.5 Back or 18" 9.5 front 18 9.5 Back can you share you experiences and what alloys you have at the moment with maybe be a picture link. thanks.

Just purchased 1994 NA 300ZX. Thinking of replacing wheels with 18 inch plus wider rear option. Any advice??

Morning all! As most of you know my Z is my daily drive. Got a problem that occured a few days ago, everything was fine then when I went to start the car one morning I noticed I had no display on my aircon or clock.. Also the Front wipers won't work!!! The following day it was still dead but on a drive went over a bump and everything Sprung back into life and started working again! Great I thought!!! Then on leaving work the other day nothing at all again and now it still dead... Im assuming A relay has died on the back of the fusebox next to the drivers accelaerator pedal.. Anyone know what colour relay controls those accesories so I can swap it and bring everything…

My fiancee and I went and took her C1 today for a service. She followed me to the garage in the C1 and later tells me that I dawdled all the way; she even said she was shouting at me, saying that of all the times that I go fast in the Z, I decide to go slow when she has to get somewhere :lol: I did try to explain that my car was cold.

stuck some boost jets in the z yesterday. along side other mods and there is a noticable difference. i'll let you's know if anything caves in lol.

After finally getting her on the road, I have been driving about with the timing 10 degrees out (I set it up using the induction loop on the PTU, and after reading Jeff's write up, I set it up using his way), and has made a wonderful difference, however, seeing as the battery had been off for ages, it has self learnt with the timing out, is it worth me resetting the ECU so it can now learn with the timing set up correctly, or will it just re learn? im aware this has probably been covered before, but could someone please point me in the right direction of what length gas struts i need for the bonnet. i can get gas struts cheaply here ignore the prices lol.

Right guys got straight through pipes on the front, and found a set of Racing cats in the back of the garage that were a salvage item from when Z tech arsed up a re-build a few years ago. Should i keep teh straight through's or based on my leaky turbo re-fit the cats? Also having a clearout of some garage bits so wondering whether to re-fit these and sell the straight throughs or just sell the racing cats?
