Are these worth fitting?

Does any one have one of these? What benefits would one give me, considering the mods I have atm? Is it worth £50 second hand?

Please can someone give me a good arguement as to why the 300zx is better over the mk3 supra. Im always argueing with my mate, as he says that his mk3 supra is a better car and i only know the basics about the z32 to come back at him with !! Ive been in his and im sure the Z is a better car!!!!

i was coming back from hospital the other day in the morning, and approached a roundabout, when i slowed down, my zed started to stuble (misfire etc.) Left exhaust is making a popping sound like sumting is stuck in side it..... so i have checked all the connections....... i traced the problem to the last to injectors on the passenger side are not working, i have tried to change the coil pack, around and it makes no difference. tried a known working PTU but car will not start.... The car is constantly misfiring, cold and hot, what could be possiably wrong. When the car first started to do this i seen a fuel leak near the second coil pack from the passenger side…

How long do you allow for a TT to warm up? My Jap import 90 TT feels rough and vibratory for about 5-10 mins.It really lets you know it doesn't want to be pushed.After this its smooth and powerful.This is in an ambient temperature overnight of 24 deg C! Even though this Z is low mileage (73000 klms) I still had to fix all the usual problems of corroded engine electrical connections and dirty throttle bodies (Sussed by reading this forum) as it ran very rough when I bought it 2 months ago. Do you Z guys in the UK have to pussyfoot your cars until they are warmed up?

Was on the train going into Paddington Station, London and saw a grey-ish green Zed with BIG boot spoiler parked near the tracks..... Oh yeah, it was round 10am this Saturday :)

Hi Guys Still trying to find out how to wire up UK heated seats in Jap Spec. I have the seats the switch and the time delay relays...loads of short wires....but no loom :eek: Does anyone have access to a UK wiring diagram showing heated seats? The Service CD I have just shows electric seats. Thanks Martin

If anyone has bought one of these how did they fit and did they line up correctly..also what was the quality of the kit like...? Hi there. Seen a lot of postings on here regarding this, but when hot the idle hunts between 500-900rpm, and occassionally stalls when you lift off. Standard ecu, passes diagnostic. It's running 12-13psi. I'm going to clean the throttle body this weekend when I do the suspension and brakes (busy weekend!), but should I also do the fuel pressure regulator and fuel filter as a matter of course? Can't find out when it was last done before I bought the car, and I have only covered 2500 miles in it. Cheers, thanks for all the continuing good advice! Im with Liverpool Victoria at moment for my zed. Thinking of getting a Hilux Surf as a winter car. However LV will not insure 2 cars under one policy - I would have to insure the SURF with no "No claims bonus" as this is used on my zed. They want another £650 for the surf!!! Im sure someone on here must have 2 cars and possibly have put the zed on a classic policy. I owuld like to be able to drive the zed when the sun shines, and the SURF when weathers crappy. Who do you use? I was gonna try Firebond but when I last spoke to them they said the ZED is NOT a classic!.

Does anybody know the quickest way to remove and replace the steering knuckle ??? :( Do you have to remove any other parts as I have undone and removed the two bolts but can't seem to move it up or down (please dont tell me I have to remove the rack !!!) ? Ok seen a few posts on this but thought id ask as it wasnt conclusive: Want to get my motor so the water runs off a bit more..i buff it sooo well with that colour magic, but is there anything that when it rains the water runs off the body, a bit like the stuff u can buy for windows? my car ALWAYS seems to keep the water drops on it even when everyone else in the street is dry its not fair! 1. What is good for the paintwork? (Wash and/or polish combos) 2. What is good stuff for the windows like this? (Rainex is it?) I currently use turtle wax wash, then color magic black (the car is black :) )

Well after a full day removing the front end of the car I finaly got my new heater matrix in! :hyper: And putting all the stuff I took off back into the car only took 5 min!! :eek: Made a nice job of it too! Although might have got one or two things in the wrong place?

anyone know where I can get a triple a-pillar pod for a SWB? The old one off a 2+2 doesn't fit. It's a also a slicktop..... Cheers
