Ive just checked my right hand side cluster by the s/wheel, the light behind the light switch knob works but none of the bulbs work in the upper part (different circuit board)...ive eliminated the bulbs not working so i know its not that..anyone know what else i can check? I havent got any circuit testing tools..?

Right for those of you that dont know my heater matrix is broken and is now leaking water through the vents into the drivers compartment - this will be a dash out job next week :( I now have another problem :rolleyes: - we decided to disconnect the matrix and plum the two pipes at the back of the engine into each other - enabling cold air to come through the blowers - and more imoprtantlyly i can drive the car for another week till a new matrix goes in. - after doing this i went for a short spin up the road and when i got back water was peeing down from the back of the engine On closer inspection, there is a pipe on the drivers side back of the plenum, which…

thought i had fixed it WRONG!! car is suffering from a slight miss when idling. ive cleaned up injector connectors (very corroded) thought that might have done it. but its still doing it ive gone over the small vac pipes blocking them off to check for air leaks but found none. had a fiddle with as many leccy plugs that i can find but still no joy HELP im getting pissed off now. car doesnt miss when above 2000-2500 rpm either only really at idle. pulled off the coil lpack leads to see if it was them ..nope but i have noticed its missing from both banks of motor (listened to exhausts) so its something that is generally affecting it not just one bank.. al…

I actually learnt something today. Was looking at a new car in a car audio shop with the big bass boxes being installed in the trunk. They had big vents out to the rear. and no opening to the front - then it hit me! What are these about - yes you guessed it - these boxes have nothing to do with music or rap or street or anything like that - they are there to attract ATTENTION. Pure and simple the big bass beat causes the chicks to look around at where it's coming from. Nothing to do with listening yourself to music - just a chick attracter. All went well and to plan as far as I noticed but though I better take it out on a test drive to make sure. Guess what?!!! Can anyone help with some information, I am going to supply some CV and steering rack boots to the raffle, I have various universals but want to supply a set suited to the Z. 2 questions please one got a set of new tyres for my car when they took off the old ones they discovered that 2 of the outer rims were split and had previously been welded these welds were now splitting and are not safe the wheels are 3 piece split rims 17 compomotive alloys , i looked the company up on the net and contacted them i can ship the 4 wheels back to them and for about 200 each wheel they will replace the rim put in new bolts and totally refurbish each wheel is this worth it does anyone know of the company if i lived over there it would be easier as i could call to them some advise please would be appreciated second queston please if i am getting new w…

after looking for 4 months I have finally bought my first Zed !! bit disapointed though I couldnt find a turbo targa and had to settle for a NA auto, still it only has 49000 miles and is a 1995 model (mreg) I paid five grand for it, would you say this is a fair price, Also does anyone know if I could drop a turbo engine into it, and if so is there any mods that have to be made cheers.

I have upped the boost to 15psi and i can hear a hissing noise when the boost gets to 15 then floats between 12.5 and 15. Asked Vijay about his boost leak detector but he isnt doing them any more. i know lots of people ask this question but my one is slightly different. i have had a import about three years (i am 27)and have 4 years NCB and 3 points on my licence. The only mods i have declared are: CHIP - BHP stainless steel piping bodykit alloys. cat 1+tracker my renewal quote was £1345 and i thought i`d phone up and ask for discount at which point they told me the computer had made a mistake about the mods and my renewal would be £2000+. The problem is that i have phoned most of the companies recommended but all are quoting over £2000+. what can i do? i changed my zed for a more modified one this year and my premium wasnt affected that much!!…

no not gareth gates :p yesterday i noticed a stuttering after flooring it, so checked the apexi filter to make sure it wasn't getting damp, had it idling and it was purring like a good 'un, driving normal no problems, been out on the motorway tonight and first off it was great, then as i was doing over a ton, i took me foot off the gas, and it started stuttering and jumping, floored it again and it seemed ok (ish) went to where i was going left the car for 1/2 hour and driving back it was deffo better, but still that stuttering when taking the foot off so would be grateful for some pointers where to look first it actually felt like fuel starvation the way it …
