Metallic grey Zed parked up in Chapel Lane, Gt Blakenham near Ipswich today Friday 30th December, looked like it was modded a bit but hard to tell in the snow.

G reg silver Zed parked up on Stanley Avenue in Ipswich today, Friday 30th December, couldnt see much else due to the layer of snow over it.

and im off!! right gents i need specific instructions, pics would be fantastic on where to put some axel stands so i can take the wheels and all the gubbins out in the wheel wells of the car ready for stripping and powder coating please! pics would be great. also with reguards to the debate about replaceing the bushings etc.. i want a complete kit of these which trader sells the kit? i dont mind if they are just plain nissan oem parts, i can get them pressed in here.. thanks..

Was told to get these from Nissan but went to the local Nissan dealer and they said this plug has been replaced by 22404-1P166 which has NGK part number PFR6G-11. Before I go and order these can anyone shed any light on this, from previous dealings I've found Nissan dealers and car dealers in general to be useless. Ta.

Hi guys! I recall someone saying (quite a while ago) that it is possible to uprate the TT dif with NA gearing - which makes it stronger than putting in a NA diff. I've tried to search for it but nothing substancial come up. Am I going nuts or is this in fact an option? If so can anyone point me in the right direction for information or perhaps even someone who has done this conversion successfully? Thanks! Dan

i am taking out 1990 tt engine and putting in a 1995 engine i have the ecu for it but the wiring harness has an extra connectoin coming of near the airflow meter to a boost sensor which is not on the 1990 on the end of this is a small vacum pipe can you tell me were i should connect it to? also a couple of small vacum pipes have blanks on which should go to two small metal pipes on drivers side on engine near top which should plumb into valves on drivers side corner bulk head.i would have thought theses could be left as i have ecu for this engine which must have ran with out these,if they are blocked off

Can anyone help please!!!!!! I recently bought my 300 from another member and have noticed a few strange things, 1 the oil pressure is eratic, its usually fine when cold hitting just over 40 but when the car warms up it sometimes drops to 0, ive taken the oil cap of when its warm and there is plenty of oil in there. I am presuming faulty oil sender. Another is the boost, i was told its running a around 5 psi, however after reading more on this forum it sounds like its in safety mode, the strange thing is though on the stock boost gauge it still reads at +7 on boost but the after market gauge will not go higher the 0.5 strange??? also when the ignition is switche…

Hi Started To Lift Engine Out 300zx Tt ,ecu Is Out But Wiring Harness Will Not Pull Through Hole In Bulk Head. It Will Not Budge At All,must Be Held Somewere Else As Well. I Have Cut The Cable Tie Further Up But Still No Joy. Carnt See Any Further Up ,does Any Body Know If There Is Any Thing Else Holding This,cheers Mark

while I was replacing the rear stock speakers yesterday I had the boot and all its trimmings taken apart, and decided to get rid of those annoying cardboard peices that the carpet sit on. But it's very noisy now! I have a plan to buy one of those soundproof carpet thingies which are self adhesive and you just cut around. So If I chuck out the excuse for a spare wheel aswell , lay the fabric and bolt my bass tube directly to the floor, i'll kill two birds with the one stone.Anyone tried this?

Saw a burgundy(?) z with an aftermarket spolier going into the fairacres trading estate today, about 10.30am.

a tailpipe insert... It looks like a fat CD that slots into the tailpipe then bolts up through a small hole on baked-bean-tin sized aftermarket exhausts. I got a Veilside system with 5" tailpipes and i love the noise, however my neghbours dont :xxx: Mrs also has a MX5 with a full s/s system - her's is even worse. Been through, over and under Ebay but nothing. Any ideas? Thankyouplease

Need to take my Zed to a tuner, for some work i.e 60k service replace ball joints, bushes e.t.c. Can anyone recommend a garage? I live in Daventry (Northampton) so would like somewhere close if there is anywhere?? Ive only just got my car last week so im new to the scene. :) Thanks

I started my car up today for the first time in a while and it was making this really loud tapping noise. tap tap tap tap etc. What could this be and how much of a big job is it?

my 90 auto right hand drive.. i have this noise from rear left wheel i hear it as car is moving . i also notice that tire on that side is worn bad on the inside . the tire on the other side is perfect.. dont think it my shocks . if i try and rock that car up and down by holding onto wheel arch i also hear it ... any ideas... thanks much.... :headvswal

Ive installed a new water temp guage and it seems not to be working right. It shows 70 degrees C no matter if the engine is stone cold, warm or if the wire isnt even connected to the sensor. Any idea's?

There's a set of 4 pot brembo capliers sitting around in my house but only problem is I aint got a clue what car they came from. Is there anyway to find out what car they are from?

Does anybody here know how much cost my wheels? They are original Volks imported from Japan. They are gold GT-N 18x10 with 5 offset 5x114.3. They are in really good condition and come without tyres. How much can I ak? Thank you

my grandparents inlaw(who are both in there 80's) have an 806 diesel which they took to a main dealers to get repaired for excessive smoking engine.they replaced a couple of injectors and they said "the blue smoke was caused by crankshaft woodruff key damaged and caused pulley to move out of time. they have supposidly replaced this new belt ect and a service which cost them a total of £600. they have had the car back a couple of weeks but now it wont even start at all now. when i saw it the batt was flat but tried starter pack on it car turned over but not wanting to go? really want to help them as £600 is alot of money for them to shell out without having the car…

I have what looks like a dated blitz tubby timer, can i buy a new one and just unplug the old one from the connector a little way behind the unit, and then just connect a new, or do they have to all be rewired in?? cheers in advance Mike
