rear noise

my 90 auto right hand drive.. i have this noise from rear left wheel

 

i hear it as car is moving . i also notice that tire on that side is

 

worn bad on the inside . the tire on the other side is perfect..

 

dont think it my shocks . if i try and rock that car up and down

 

by holding onto wheel arch i also hear it ... any ideas...

    Wheel Bearing? jack the car up and see if theres lots of play in the wheel. Might also be a problem with your HICAS system.
