Hi, Have just fitted the split downpipes and decat pipes from 2fast2cool on ebay and I have to say I am very impressed! The fit is spot on, and the performance improvement is great, the turbos spool earlier and boost lasts longer through the rev range, they are worth every penny which wasn't much to start with!

Hello there, does anyone know anything about the ECU outputs / inputs (from the sensors), specifically what voltages they operate between. I am looking at making a custom display hardware that will sit where the old clock is on my zed. I will have a button to change the options and will read out the data from the ecu. I am interested in:- Pin 29 O2 Sensor (L or R) Pin 55 O2 Sensor (L or R) Pin 53 Vehicle speed sensor Pin 7 Tachometer Pin 28 Coolant temperature Thats about it for now, hopefully someone out there will know what voltages they run at. Thanks ZX Steve

After replacing my injectors and having some right fun and games I have now, with some good help from here, got the engine running. But, front n/s cylinder will not run. Compresson is fine, I have no pulsing elec signal from the coil connector, if you know what I mean? So, is this a sign of a tired PTU, or a broken wire? Any ideas????

Evening Zedders, I've just signed up, so thought I'd say 'Hi'. I've already had a couple of folks off the forum put my mind at rest re: the situations at both Ztec (apparently recovering) and SWZ Performance (apparently also recovering)... thanks for that guys! I was begining to think my recent Zed purchase was going to be one long battle with garages and parts suppliers! A little background (soz, no pics on yet!) - previously an MR2 pilot I've upgraded to the majestic Fairlady. Loving the weighty boost kick and it's actually nice to have a little more space in the car! It's a whole new experience trying to drift the thing, but I'm getting the hang of it (ju…

These are sided and one side costs about $50 more than the other! Taking both sides out of the packet they are both of equal length and the only difference is the placement of a little plastic clip, 90% of the time the point this clips into is knackered anyway! Saving you a couple of quid :)

Thanks for your welcome but I also need your help and advice... I have a problem in that the car, an auto, won't let me accelerate hard and won't go past 3000 rpm and can stall. I am a slight technophobe but have considered the MAF, it may have got damp recently, I have tried to dry it out but the problem persists. It also has an Apexi filter if that helps. Thanks

Hi Guys, I'm a new guy on this forum and I've signed up as I'm thinking of buying a SWB 300ZX. I've got a few questions, so I hope that you can help. Firstly I'd like to know in which years the SWB was produced. From what I've found out so far the 300ZX was produced in Japan all the way up to 2000, but I'm not sure if that included the SWB? Also, were the slicktops produced in the same years as the targas or did they have separate production runs? Lastly, for the time being, are there any recommended importers/dealers that are good to go to for a car? Many thanks in advance for your help. VladD.

There are some rubbery strips on the bodywork, namely below the windows, between the windows and the targa tops, and along the sides of the windscreen. On mine it is rather messy and discoloured, as show in the pics below: I'd like to neaten it up. The car is black. Do i need some special type of paint to do this, as i can imagine that normal paint will just flake off, what with the rubberiness? Are there any other suggestions, or ideas, something other than black? Wouldn't want to be too garish though. Cheers.

hello, as a trader on this site I am unhappy to advise that Ztech have changed ownership and no one seems to be able to get hold of Ryan, I am abroad and when I spoke to him last week he told me that part of the contract in selling the company was he that had to pay me which he hasnt, he is nowhere to be found and owes me a reather large sum into the thousands. At present I have steam coming out of my ears, over the last year i have tried to help him as best as I can, and helped him through what I thought was a difficult situation, i have spoken to his brother who apparantly doesnt know where he is, and am not happy at all. I have seen the post has been closed for ztech, …
