What pressures should I be putting in my non standard 300zx tyres. They are: 235/45 x 17 front 255/40 x 17 rear

parked in a driveway off Deadmans Lane (just love that road name :D) Black UK spec K reg

Does anyone know if the hubs front and rear of the 300zx would fit onto a skyline? OK i know its probably a shot in the dark but someone with the knowledge might know? Thanks vini

The place that was fixing my aftermarket alloy has lost the spigot ring. They are mille miglia wheels so i wont be able to go to the manufacturer to get a replacement as they are shut down. I got a single spigot ring from a motorworld once cos they had a plastic bucket full of them but didnt know they were there so i dont fancy they will have any if i go back there. it is a 64mm ID x 80mm OD ring if anyone has a spare one they can send me or can let me know which colour code they are?

Hi all, can anyone tell me where to purchase two turbo's that will bolt straight on to a standard engine. Are there any better alternatives than the td25's? Thanks.

need to reattach my drivers side anti-roll bar bracket after regreasing the bush. where do i jack\take the weight off so i can push the bracket against the chassis so i can rebolt it up? a pat on your own back for the first one to give me the answer!

Finally got a set of spacers/hub adaptors from my 300zx, but idiots supplied 20 nuts with the wrong tread. As you can see in the pic I have the new nut on left, std 300zx one in middle and tuner 300zx one on the right. Anybody know where i can get M12 300zx nut but as stumpy as the one in the pic (on left)

Had my rocker cover gasket done recently and my gearbox was fine before, its an auto when i got it back the gearbox drives fine when cold after a few hours driving it will not change to 4th unless you go to 4000 revs also when slowing down it will act like your changing down in a manual. and not change gear the right way , what could of been disturbed to make the gearbox play up?

If a Zed loses top gear occasionally could this be the oil seals in the gearbox? I ask as the Zed I am looking at buying has this problem and the mechanic has diagnosed the oil seals. Any thoughts?

Right guys I need some help!!! The Z`s been off the road for 12 months(z32tt) while iv been working on `project remote control lambo doors` Which i have now finished so last weekend i took it to ultimate street car at santapod and it ran perfect no water/oil loss. On the way home on the Sunday it decided to piss all its water out the overflow it was pretty obvious what it was but when i got it back home i managed to confirm it was the god-dam head gasket!! So now i gotta take the engine out to do the job and i want to make sure that when iv put it back in it will NEVER have to come out again!! I will change all the hoses but is there any thin else id may …

Hello guys, this is my first post and hoping for a little help on the world of 300ZX's! :D Love the look of them, but i think id like to go for a '96 or '97 model for piece of mind/gadgets...can anyone tell me the difference in equipment between '90 and '96?? Also, id like to know a little about their performance! How quick are they realisticly? I drive a stage 1 (soon to be stage 2) 200sx, how would they compare? Plus how cheap are Zed's to tune from stock to get some pretty decent power? Finally...the dreaded MPG question! Hi Guys, I've just bought a Stage 3 chip from Ebay and the advert said that all I needed was a free flow exhaust and air filter. The same guy then sent me an email later on saying that for best results I need to up the fuel input and increase the injectors but it will run fine on just the filter and zorst as long as I don't boot it too much. Now, (you lot being far more knowledgable than I) is he feeding me some pony and is there a risk of me knackering my engine if I fit this chip with the mods that I have? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Ian

Think my Z is broken :( When i changed the oil and filter there was 6 litres of oil in the car! replaced with correct amount but car is still producing lots of white smoke and is also misfiring. Does this sound like turbo seals? there is also oil leaking out of the exhaust, somewhere in the middle underneath the car. and there looks like oil on one of the turbos when you look from underneath the car Is there anyone in the london area that would be able to carry out the work for me?

hi all, further to me getting datascan working the guys at blazt have asked me if my car has a standard ECU the honest answer is I have no idea!! asked me son to read me the part number off the ECU and he says its :- UJ A18-A98MD7 3302 anyone know is this is the correct ecu so i can email the guys at blazt. thanks in anticipation Brian

Ok, i'm confused(doesn't take much!) On bmw's , if the wheeel bore is bigger than stock hub size, you get vibrations/wandering/rubbish drive. So why do i see so many 17,18+ 19 wheels, saying for 300zx fitment, with larger bore sizes? :wack:

Have just been looking at getting a DAB radio and have found that you can get a splitter for your normal ariel to run your DAB radio. Might seem like a stupid quistion but does anybody know if the existing ariel will suffice for this.
