"We are currently trialling BP Ultimate 102 unleaded, and due to its specialist application, it is not appropriate to sell it at all of our retail sites. However, if demand for this product is strong, we will consider making it available at further sites. " Guess we need to let tehm know then, as long as its not silly expencive.

Taken me 4 days so far to get the screen bezel sorted. 8" wide touchscreen. Fiddly to fit compared to a 7inch? - ended up removing a lot of the dash molding by where the clock sits with a dremel so it'll sit in nicely. I extended the hole at the bottom back by an inch and a half, to make the screen more vertical. Will post more pics tomorrow!

My heater matrix went yesterday so I had to do the by-pass until I get a new one. I knew it would be a bit of a bugger getting down the back of the engine so thought I might as well do some other bits while I was at it. I bought some fuel hose and replaced all the fuel hoses on the top of the engine and did the filter as well. Some of the old hoses were pretty shot, even though they looked fine before removing them. I swear the car is faster and more responsive now? what a great little job. I'd recommend anyone does it, only an hour or two. I don't really do any of my own work on the cars anymore as I don't get the time and like to have it done professionally but must adm…

Hi all, I have just won a nice leather auto shifter from a later ZX on Ebay (thanks AndyZ - it's in really good condition too  ). Question is, how do I get the old one out and re-fit the new one (and how does the centre console trim come off)? Also the new one is minus the big release button; is it easy to remove it from my existing shifter and locate it in the leather one? Thanks in advance! Richard :)

just a reminder for the peeps coming south down the A1 the new A1 link road no longer goes past the services so dont forget to get off onto the M62 east, then first exit off into the services. also peeps coming up A1, watch out for the services slip road or the new link road will take you right round and past the services, which you will then have to go to the next exit and turn around and come back down weather wise,,,,raining at the moment will put something up in the morning supposed to be dull but dry (few showers) see you all tommorrow

Have just had all the fluids done, gearbox and diff oil, clutch and brake fluid, water and oil. Thanks J the gun and wozzer for sorting so quickly for me. Whilst it was there also had the dodgy O2 sensor replaced with a brand new one I got off topless. Only problem is the car still runs like a dog. It won't tick over properly and is almost like it is running on 5. Still pulls pretty well but sounds like there is a hole in the exhaust. Do I need to reboot the ECU to get the new O2 sensor working? If so is it just a case of leaving the battery disconected for an hour or so or do I need to do something else. Getting frustrated now.
