Hello People, Does anyone know the standard bhp's of the following Z32's: Jap N/A Jap Turbo Uk N/A Uk Turbo As iv been told that the uk is faster then again of someone else that the jap model was faster when first released from the factory. Also did they increase the ponys from say a '89 to the later Z32's? Cheers Rob

Hi guys some twat has hit my rear bumper in tesco and drove off *******,no cameras there to catch the prick,can an indentation be pulled out car medic can sort the scratches out but theres a dent any help please,i cant seem to park it anywhere without people coming to bloody close to it.

Just finished installing new KYB's and Ground Control adjustable coilovers with Eibach springs. First pic is with the original suspension. May have gone a bit too low in the back, what do ya think?

I have a metric boost gauge that measure boost in KG/CM2 rather than PSI. When it is working really hard the needle goes up to about 1.2 which appears to convert to 17 PSI is this about right.

Just been out for a drive in the Z. Love the response you get from the cooler air. It's about 13 degrees at the moment. Throttle response is soooooo much better. I am only really used to driving it in the Summer where the warm less dense air is noticeable on performance. Need more boost though. Stock power just isn't enough. Time for a JD Chip and boost controller. :)

I have finally started unbolting stuff on the front suspension subframe to drop it so i can get to the passenger turbo to replace it (yes i know :wack: ). I am being a good lad and taking photos with phone and labelling bolts and stuff in clear bags. How do i unscrew the front shock absorbers at the top to drop them? They have a bolt with a straight shank on it at the end and a bolt screwed on it?

Hi Folks, Seems like the black box, wired between the window switch and the motor (would it be a regulator) on the drivers side clicks when you operate the switch, but does not pass the power to the window motor (motor works on direct 12v), can anyone tell me if the black box in the passenger door is the same (design, wiring) dont want to strip passenger door to find that i cannot swap them out. Door and everything is in bits.................so could do with a quick answer :D Stu

when I go past a certain speed my car starts to vibrate badly its always at the same speed (95mph on private roads!) anyone have any ideas, is a smooth ride up to then

Just wondered if i could fit a double din stereo in to the car, can the space below the stereo be converted in to the other din?

Hi! Im going to buy some new turbos for my project and I cant choose between the Garrett GT725R and the JWT700bb. Anyone who has these turbos or any with experienses about them? The GT725R has a higher powerband but are a bit more laggy, but how much I wonder.. :confused: My aim is 700-750RWHP, I got everything else done to reach this effect....

got to get a gasket for the idle speed regulating valve, and an 02 sensor, then that's it its finally up for sale (the zed i mean), really looking forward to having a new car, but will also miss the zed i really feel its time for a change, ive had the zed for 4 years now and i loved it, there are other cars i like, who knows what i will end up with next thing is i will really miss the attention that the zed brings, i really wish i could have the zed and another car, i felt the same with the golf i got rid of to get the zed (although i really am thinking of building another MK2 VR6 Golf) so hopefully the zed will be up for sale at the end of the month i…

Hi people just not getting any better first turbos then headgaskets and now a misfire need help fast. Only had the car 4 months and its spent 3.1/2 months in the garage not a happy bunny. The mech that is doing the headgaskets has put it back together and it has now got a mis on the front drivers side cylinder. He has swoped the coil packs around and no change. The heads got skimmed and pressure tested and were fine the mech has assured me that he has put her back together proper but still has a mis has any had this before as money is running short and im hoping its a simple fix. If i had known that the zed would cost this much and be this much trouble id have kept my mon…

As above I have just converted my offside reverse light to a fog light, i put some red lighting gel in the lenses and tested them up against the sun light :hyper: yep we had some sun today lol, and it works well, my only concern is that it will be bright enough. It has a 21w bulb which is standard for a fog, has anyone else done this and if so did it pass the MOT ok as mine is due at the end of this month. cheers Graham

I have just noticed my new zeds wing mirrors automatically fold in when I take the key out of the ignition. This is my 5th zed and none of them ever did that before.... Was it an option at any stage? My car does seem to have every available extra.

are there any Zed owners in the oxford area that could help? My zed is starting, reving ereaticly spluttering then dieing, ive just had the plenum etc off to do the knock censor and now she has problems, im after another owner that could come round so i can check their engine against mine to see if ive got anything in the wrong place, its a tt, but an n/a might hold the answer also, If your up for it please call me 07787576472, thanks
