Will attempt to remove the plenum in the next week or so,to replace my injectors and have read with interest the article on twin turbo.net. Question:- is it worth carrying out the water bypass, and what are the benefits/disadvantages, i guess nissan would not have fitted it if it was not necessary:tongue: And also looking on the above site it mentions drilling out the hose conn.........why:confused: i cannot see why this is required. Any thoughts and help Cheers Dave

After a mornings rain, it is now sunny, cleaned the zed up, then Atlast (sean) pops over for a cuppa, I thought mine was clean, but he has since done the white zed in Meguires clay block, the differnce it has made is outstanding. Will be getting some this week. A few pics. The difference in the quality of paint is the proof. Nice to see you mate, will be a Sussex convoy upto Surrey. Stu

Just got back, good day weather not that bad, we only had a small rain shower this morning just as our track time started:headvswal. But overall good turn out and nice to catch up with old friends and new. Some of our lads spun off,but not saying who;),and real bad luck to the guy who brought Stus old car [silver streak] he was going very well until he lost a bolt on the o/s front caliper which sent the caliper threw his wheel, lucky he felt the car wasn't right and pulled into the pits where he then had the blow out. Real shame car does look better in the flesh. Any way good turn out but i have no pictures [left the camera in the garage:rolleyes:] …

I'm trying to flush the coolant, so far I've undone the bottom rad drain plug, and flushed the rad with water, this was so slow that I undid the bottom right hand hose from the rad. It's flushing much quicker now, but I think it's only cleaning one side of the rad. I don't want to remove the engine drain plugs because I'll probably shear them off! Can I put the my hose in one of the hard pipes (the one with the ecu and gauge temp senders) connecting the engine to the rad, and flush the engine that way? Cheers Dave

My light is on and steering heavier. Looked at the oil level in the power steering and is ok, if not a little high! Steering wheel is standard, But when car is first started there is no light and system seems fine. Its only when driving for about 5 minutes the light comes on and steering feels heavy. Im thinking of draining the power steering reservoir and getting the right level in a bit. Any advice guys Damo

Last night i found a light that has not been connected in the boot. Connected the interor boot light and works fine. Been out today in the zed and give it some beens but the gear change seems to drop to many revs between shifts then pics up. Can it be related electical? Or is it because its still resticted to 112?
