My zeddy poo's is a 93 manufactured 95 spec jdm. Velour interior, pillar seatbelts not door, rear 3 points and boomerang spoiler oh and 4 speed fan control pod. Is it a series 2 or series 3. never been 100% sure :headvswal I've read the model comparison thing but still not certain.

Just been dummy fitting the turbos to the engine and noticed that there is a adapter block on the engine which the oem oil feed line went too from the turbo. With the new oil feed line on the t28r's i've noticed that i need a new adapter fitting to replace the adapter block to accept the oil line off the new turbos to connect to the engine. Does anyone know where i could get these little adapters from or what thread sizes i would be looking at? I'm guessing they would all be the same size for uprated turbos and the oil feed lines? Just out of interest, how much did you spend on your zed when you bought it. I know mine was a total bargain and fully working, needed the odd bit of cosmetic stuff on the outside, nothing major, any work ive done myself, the most expensive was doing the clutch. £200. M reg UK TT Manual £1500. everything working and it still gets used every single day.:hyper: What did yours set you back??????????

As well as being new to the Zed, I'm also new to turbo's (used to V8's) and therefore know little about boost controllers. A few questions Is the boost pressure controlled from the module, or do you still need to adjust a valve located elsewhere? Do people slate the seperate boost gauge/boost valve because it's good to have a flash looking gizmo inside their car? Why are the controller modules so wildly different in price? Is there really a huge amount of gain for paying £200 over the odds of another make? I just need this basic info so I can assess fully which unit would suit my needs!

The door hinges? I've stripped and replaced my drivers door, however I need to replace the sealant that is used around the door hinges. Was going to use a tube of silicon to do it. is this ok? and this is my 1000th post :dance:

Does anyone know where i can buy some 2inch brake duct hose off the shelf? Im fed up of buying online and having to wait a couple days for some poxy hose. You cant buy this stuff in and builders depot or plumbing shop, ive tried everywhere why is it so hard to find ffs.... I ordered the wrong amount and now i need more and im really peed off... where the hell do you buy this stuff from? anyone know? Anywhere in london is good for me.... if you happen to know then your a saviour....:bow:

My E280 had been feeling somewhat sluggish for the past few months, and matters came to a head a few days ago when anything other than a feather light right foot was causing the car to stutter and refusing to accelerate. Took it to a Merc garage today and the result was a new MAF (and a huge bill!). Voila! Feels like a new car; amazing how you get used to things. The only problem now is that it doesn't feel any slower than my rejuvenated NA Zed...

hi everyone, i posted a couple of weeks ago that when my 1990 300zx auto comes to a stop at lights etc the car feels like its going to stall??? also after this when i go to accelerate it kinda stutters a tad before accelerating proberly due to the same problem??? i have cleaned my afm but this has not helped, what else could i now check??? possible boost leak?? dan
