Hi All, just to comfirm its a faulty o2 sensor i thought id bench test it. Could you please let me know if im doing this correctly. 1. Put sensor in vice 2. connected the neg cable of my multimeter to the casing (earth) of the o2 sensor 3. connected the other end to the black cable, the signal wire. (red and white are for the heater? is that correct?) 4. set multimeter to the 2v setting 5. heated the end of the o2 sensor with a blow torch until red 6. got no reading on the multimeter at all Regards Andy

i am planning on selling my car as i am moving to australia, however just wanted some advise as to not let my car go for next to nothing.. the Zed is completley standard except front bumper and tinted tail lights. has low milage, 70,000 odd and had a respray in blue. Very good runner etc no smoke knocks or rattles.... lots of service history and pics of the respray cambelt, aux belt , waterpump all recently replaced. this is not a sale thread as i know the rules and im not selling for a couple of months yet, but just after a rough estimate as to how much its worth please if possible. :D

I'm curious to know what the original expected or proven stats are for a standard (factory) Zx TT? For instance (for manual and auto) 0~60Mph Mpg Top speed if unrestricted BHP etc etc Also the same expected specs for basic upgrades i.e. a zx TT with Induction kit, Performance exhaust, Chipped ecu and boost controller?

Hi All, looks like im getting somewhere with my on going running problem, found that the right O2 sensor doesnt very much when engine being rev'ed. it goes from 0.32v to 0.34v, this is a new sensor. what would cause it to sit at one voltage? casting my mind back this is fault i had with the old sensor aswell. going to start diag tomorrow, just need to know a couple of things first. Where is plug for the o2 sensor (making sure it plug into the correct one), wheres the earth point, fuses etc etc. Regards Andy

I bought this light panel and noticed it has an extra connector - would this be for the '300zx' logo on the back? If so, I'm assuming it will be led's fitted...is there a connector to hook this up from the factory, or is it something I'll have to add?

Wondering if you could do me a favour, I want some Tein S lowering springs and inderstand you have a set on your car. I dont want to buy them to find that my 17 year old standard springs have sagged to the height of the Teins anyway. So could you measure the distance between the centre of your hubs to the top/middle of your arch for me so I can see exactly how much they a set will lower my car. Thanks mate :duffer::duffer:

Hi guys, Appreciate the help as Id love to become a fellow Z owner! What are you opinions on this: Clicky It looks very clean and the only issues sound minor and cosmetic. Does anyone know the car? Its a way from me (>100m) so Id like to feel I had a good reason to go! Any tips/initial thoughts appreciated Alex

Finally got her on the road today, she's booked in at zedworld on the 15th for the pcvs, and thourogh check up. Hopefully the james bond smoke screen can removed while I'm there.... I've noticed like a ticking noise as I pull away coming from the engine bay area... Anyone got any ideas what that might be? (still got the 2 year old petrol in there, fyi)

Hi there everyone, Seen this on e-bay but as I know pretty much diddly squat about them I need some help. Will it be ok on a 1991 UK manual TT with an apexi filter and mongoose exhaust as the only engine mods? Also would it still be ok if i decide to mod the engine a bit more? Many thanks as ever. Rob
