What radiator would you buy?
im running a koyo with a 16" zirgo fan, it actually cools quicker than it heats up!! had no problems with it at all, never skipped a beat, and now theres no risk of shaving your finger tips off when you reach into the engine :D

Hello from the SXOC
welcome over buddy, a few pics... taken from below, looking up taken from under the bumper, looking back and... well, this one obvious ;) what's the setup going on?

easy change o2 sensor?
they are relatively easy to remove. use a 22mm crows foot on a 12" extension. you may find it easyer if you remove the battery and free the brake master cylinder from the servo ( 2x 12mm nuts, theres just enough give to pull and lift the cylinder out of the way).

relocating expansion bottle
had it been raining previously? theres a drain hole behind the mudflap leading from the roof

Started removing my engine today
1. disconnect the exhaust elbow from the cat pipe or you could even disconnect straight from the back of the turbo. 2. raise the engine slightly with the lift to expose the A/C pump, that way you can get a spanner to it (or even junk the whole lot ;) ) good luck with it buddy, you'll love every minute!!

relocating expansion bottle
the bottle does'nt need to be air tight. the feed from the rad goes into the bottle from the very bottom, and an over flow ( which is open to atmos) is right at the top that runs down to the bottom of the cars body.

Please look this over for me before I spend over 20K
i think the achilles heel in that lot will be the clutch, you will probbably find it will slip in high gears at full boost settings. as Kirbz said, try a carbon carbon or multi plate. maybe even go for Nismo injectors aswell.

relocating expansion bottle
i like the idea of putting it behind the wheel, very clean job indeed. i got myself an oil catch tank and bolted it to the back or the rad. it's an easy job to do even for the not so tech minded people.

im running NGK racing 8's in mine with a peek boost of 1.6 bar. they're not cheap at £150 for six but, well worth it

How much are ARC side mounts worth??
personally, i think they are worth more but, in this current climate £300 to £400 is a good price
-
How much are ARC side mounts worth??
i paid around £500 for mine second hand, 3 or 4 years ago

Anyone know why this isn't plugged in?
the main plug(s) are O2 and the one to the right of the pic is the VTC solenoid plug.

cleaning idle valve, PCV oily
the PCV pipe goes to the rocker cover, not the idle valve. the pipe from the idle goes to the compressor pipe

good intercoolers
they are as Alan and Joely said, a good piece of kit but, if you hav'nt got sufficiant ducting, half the IC is rendered useless

Air filter cleaner
the best way to clean an Apexi filter is with luke warm water running through from inside to out, then left in the airing cupboard over night to dry. i originally brought a second filter to use whilst the other one was drying but, now i've got both of them on:wack:

Air filter cleaner

carbon canister removed, no point in doing this pipe?
just going to add, you can actually cut the pipe right back to where the fuel lines start to come up the fire and junk all the rest, freeing up much needed room. :)

carbon canister removed, no point in doing this pipe?
all i did with mine, was to cut it back to a safe pssision and fitted it with a light one way valve
