  1. if your DV's are in fact adjustable, there should be a grub screw of some description which you screw in to tighten and out to loosen. have a read of this, it will explane every thing..... http://www.balancemotorsport.co.uk/main.asp?sitepages=dumpvalves
  2. i would put my bottom dollar on it being your dump valves are too tight causing a pressure build up with closed throttle pushing the charge air back into the tubs causing them to stall. had it on mine, slacken them off and i bet it clears ;)
  3. i managed to find some heat shield matting off ebay that i used for under the bonnet, not sure weather you can still get it. then with the off cuts i wrapped my loom up with it where needed, then cable tied it all neatly ;)
  4. you have, give the number a call at the bottom :D
  5. are they adjustable? if they are maybe they're too tight and wont release as much lower than 14psi
  6. 1. Hawk or Ferodo 2. they save you life, trust me!!! 3. not a clue :D
  7. its an easy enough job to do. you might find that it's seized but, with a little penertrating oil it will free up. why not go for poly links as an upgrade while you're there :)
  8. if you're rebuilding then i would sujest you use ARP bolts for the main and head. all exploded diagrams in the owners manual will have torque setting on them. main bolt 90-100Nm head bolts... tighten all bolts to 39Nm, then tighten all bolts to 123 Nm, then loosen all bolts, then tighten all bolts to 44 Nm , then tighten all bolts to 123Nm
  9. TT one will fit, you might even be able to just take it apart and clean it up. all it is, is a by-metal strip which opens and closes in relation to air temp. mine went bad and was sorted using a splash of WD40.
  10. it looks like the air regulator has been blanked:confused: what ECU is it running. you only normaly blank those off if you have a stand alone EMS. unless the regulator is faulty and has been blanked to stable the idle??? possibly:x:
  11. Jimmy... try protyre in Enfield down the A10 ;)
  12. i think if your wheels are balanced and the disks are fine then theres nothing that a bit of track ajustment wont cure, especially if the tension rod bushes have been changed ;)
  13. should be fine. mine reaches 7bar at its maximum :)
  14. i think it does but, the organisers never seem to turn up any more and it gets over run by chav chariots
  15. when you said split rims, you were'nt kidding :D
  16. only you would be that anal. i know every race needs a jam car but you take the biscuit :xxx:
  17. dont like black and white cats, they're in the same league as the veil side kits. turtle shell is much better :D
  18. personally i like the wings west, and if your zed is gun metal then i think black would look better ;)
  19. ive got an Isota gear knob, hand brake and pedals. all of which are superb quality, comfy, look great and fit perfectly with no modifications ;)
  20. could'nt wait to get rid of the OEM sh1t, horrible feel and a cheep look ;)
  21. if the car doesnt start the next day but, starts if the battery is disconected over night. it would sujest to me that you have something draining the battery some where. possible cause could be the stereo/amps. with the ignition off, when you connect the battery does it spark at all? if it does then you have an open circuit which is draining it over a period HTH :)
  22. sounds to me like an oil ventrical issue. what oil are you using? maybe do an engine flush (waits to get shot down) :)
  23. its called a spark plug ornament... http://www.conceptzperformance.com/Cart/description.php?II=2726&Car_Type=NIS300&UID=2009032216583079.75.251.44 ;)
