pot kettle black!!! LOL i'm in need of a room, so if there is any one thats willing to share....
  13. nope, the brass end stays with the old shaft. you will find that the ally spacer is a tight fit in the diff. its best to offer it as square as possible then nip each bolt up in turn keeping it square as you go. it should slide in nicely. cheers for getting the measurments for me dude:)
  14. theres nothing wrong there, thats as it should be. the ally spacer will bolt to the diff, then the yoke will bolt to the ally spacer. dont worry about the lengh difference. fit it up and i asure you it will fit as there is a certain amount of travel on the gearbox spline. Mark
  15. im running the same fueling set up as you Dan. 740's and 300deg rail. ive just changed my pump to a walbro but, only because my stock pump started to buzz. with a nismo FPR it still held 3.5 bar and could even go higher. like others have just said, get it run in and set up, im sure you wont have any issues with it:) Mark
  16. good choise in front bumpers though ;)
  17. for once i totaly agree with Funky ;)
  18. what clutch type is it? as ive got an exedy clutch (3 puck) and it slips like a bitch. got a 5 puck winging its way to me at mo. hope thats going to be better or il be looking at a twin plate:headvswal ah sorry, only reading half posts again!! just noticed your near enough stock
  19. f*uk me, where do you keep the step ladder :rolf:;) it will look alot better lowered
  20. just want to say a pbig thanks to Meht who supplied me with a pair of half shafts with side flanges, put up a post on sunday, picked them up on monday! also want to say sorry to Snoopy who very kindly offered me his aswell but, you're alittle too far away to travel and the postage was going to be the killer. thanks anyway buddy:) if anyone ever wants any bits around the London area then, Meht has got a large aladins cave of goodies;) thanks guys:D
  21. exactly that. thats why i would rather let it tick over with alittle oil in the top until warm then drive it with cold oil
  22. thanks Bric, and theres no way im driving when tick over pressure exceeds 6 bar!! i wait until the oil warms to atleast 40c ...
  23. so when i start my car from cold, why is the oil pressure up at 6.5 bar then when it comes up to running temp, the oil pressure has dropped to 3 bar? the oil is thicker when cold hense more pressure in the system due to not being pushed round as easly but, there will always be some oil at the top. its never drained completely, you just dont get much freashly "sumped" oil getting up there until warm
