  1. ive got 4 points in mine, with a 2x2 box section running parallel with the rear strut brace...
  2. ignore him Matt, glad you like the chip ;)
  3. just did this 10 mins ago to Andy Isherwoods auto. large screw driver wedged in the ring gear and off she came ;)
  4. why dont you go for split elbows to go with your 3 bolt decats (test pipes). saves all the hastle of welding and leaves every thing clean looking ubder there. just so happens i have a pair of split elbows for 4 bolt turbos with a 3 bolt flange ;)
  5. Very heavy braking extreme cornering and agresive launches round the track;)
  6. it will vairy on the engine speed as its belt driven
  7. good old Stu, always ready to help out:D wheres those pods by the way Stu???
  8. ive got the Labree five bolt elbows and i cant complain about them. 2.5" will be perfect for your tubs, you dont need to go any higher
  9. ???????????? model year 2000 reg date 2003 on a G plate ?????????????? what the ****???
  10. just to add... you will need a length of pipe aprox 2 to 3 ft long and feed the oil in under pressure from the side of the car, either that or get yourself an oil syringe and pump it in ;)
  11. now i know why i left those pipes alone :D
  12. its fairly straight forward. there is a drain plug on the under side of the gear box and a fill plug on the drivers side of the box. you will need a square 13mm plug key. just drain and replace plug then fill from the side until it starts to trickle out. job done. the diff has the same plugs, one on the side the other under neath. you will need diff oil which is different to gear box oil. speak to oil man at opei oils for the right stuff. HTH :)
  13. you will see it. it looks like a miniture beer barrel a few inches long by an inch or so in diameter with 2 inlets and 2 out lets. it sits right in between the oil lines. you cant miss it. there is another type thats incorporated into the sandwich plate if you have one.
  14. its an in line thermostat that opens at 80 deg, helps keep you oil at a nice temp all year round. fitted one on mine a few month back when it was really cold. i found that before, the oil was running at bearly 60 deg. fitted the stat and it now sits at 80 deg all day long :)
  15. very good upgrade. in my opinion, mocal is one of the best coolers. might pay to add an oil stat aswell ;)
  16. have you removed the radiator, might give you some more room for wiggling. im only guessing as i have never removed those pipes (probably the only thing i havnt touched) :)
  17. nope, just undo the three bolts each side joining the elbows to the down/test pipes ;)
  18. i saw the making of it on ITV4 the other night, there was a yellow Z32 with a few chics all over it. only saw the roof but with the lines of the targas and the way the boot came over the rear window, you could deffinatly tell it was a 300!! :)
  19. im going to have to disagree with all that. ive had puck clutches for a couple of years and now a twin plate. i use it every day, too and from shops work etc. theres no difference that ive noticed in traffic with a puck clutch. even with my twin plate its still fine in traffic although she does tend to launch but you get used to it :)
  20. that looks ok to me with plent of meat on it, i would have said without looking up the figures it will hold around the 400bhp mark which is typical of 6 puck clutches
  21. ah but, not as explicit as this one!!!... :D
  22. ive had a 6 puck (or pad) and a 3 puck clutch. both were easy to drive and felt like the stock clutch even in traffic. 6 puck... 3 puck... ;)
  23. could this be a new competition, spot the zed:slap::rofl:
  24. at a guess i would have said they are on the intake pipes just in front of the throttle bodies, other wise no idea lol
