  11. ooh, they look very nice but, at near on 400 dollar, you need to be VERY commited
  12. there is room on the under side of the leg so, it could be possible to weld some strengtheners on it if you find a decent ally welding shop
  13. i dont know of any other mount you can use. the only way i know of is to grind away as you have and use an angled pipe straight off the tub. if there is any other way or different mounts, i would be very interested in knowing about them :)

  15. i've done absolutly nothing to my bumper, may well fabricate some ducts in the future though. had no probs with boosting/cooling either.
  16. the bolts to use would be the same thread as the gearbox bolts. the engine will be fine to swing on your own, although i would recomend an extention pole to ease the strain. N.B. the engine wont spin if the tub elbows are attached HTH
  17. when i claimed a few week back, all i did was took as many pics as possible of the pot hole and the damage to my car, emailed my insurance and let them sort it out, a week later, they sent an engineer round to confirm the damage and go through invoices/estimates with me. then a cheque arived in the post the week after. it was that easy, the longest part of it all was the wait for the parts from America :)

  19. the same happend to me in my zed, alloy, ARB link and top arm all knackered but, the good thing is, i just got a large pay out from my insurance!!!

  22. ahhh, i see it has the well needed strut brace/ balance bar cooling vent. its a must for the summer!!
