Rear bumper removal.
From what I can gather, there's 12 or so 10mm bolts in the boot holding the bumper skin to the carrier bar. As I've not had all the trim out, where do the bolts mount to on the corner peices. Are they on the inner wing inside the tailgate or up in the exterior of the wheel arch?

we should start our own top 100 cars
Nice list, but after having driven the VX220 Turbo I can safely say, it's far better than the Elise.

Does paint stripper damage fibreglass?
Okie dokie. Will sand it down to the original primer. Which was, I think, 2k.

Does paint stripper damage fibreglass?
Will that be ok for fibreglass? I guess the gelcoat is plastic based, so I've probably answered my own question. Not worked with fibreglass EVER, so excuse my ignoranc towards it. Thanks Deve.

Does paint stripper damage fibreglass?
As above, wanting to strip nasty Cellulose from something made of fibreglass. Just wondering for example, would Nitromoors be ok? Wouldn't damage the gelcoat would it?

OP is usually present through the lacquer even if it's present to some degree in the base coat metallic. You flat back the lacquer to a dull even finish before cutting back and then polishing. This flats out the OP in the lacquer, then you can finish off to achieve an even shine.

No, you're not supposed to DA down the metallic base coat. ****s up the metallic particles and you're left with dull patches. By all means, feather out the blemish, but respray the area and blend.

Zed now tucked away for winter
I dunno why they are worth such little now. There are some sheds on the market that bring their value down. Shame that. I'm not gonna get much if I ever sold mine, but I'd hope that tidy examples would appreciate in value eventually.

Zed now tucked away for winter
423 this year? Christ, it's barely worth having it LOL. I have only done about 6,000 in the year since I've owned, and I hardly ever use it. Mine will be being put in the garage and not coming out until April next year, but that's not going to be until the end of October. It lives in the garage anyway when not being used.

Painted Switch pods
Best angle for interior pics I find is looking inwards at a 3/4 angle as if you're looking to the back of the car with little or no sunshine.

Zed now tucked away for winter
For the winter? We're not even in to Autumn yet are we? If we are, it's only within the week. I put my car away in the winter, but that's another month and a bit away at least! Mind you, I don't drive mine in the wet and it's in the garage anyway.

car sales help...urgent
I don't agree with what you're saying as Fiat are crap, but yeah, nothing like a bit of arse licking. We he asks what car you have, you going to tell him that you have an Uno or something? Not a Jap car! hehe

car sales help...urgent
Just tell them in detail what it is about cars you like, how long you've liked them. Not 'I love cars, I love giving my Z some beans and whop-assing Cosworths etc'.

myspace
Similar, but myspace is used by quite a few promoters and bands. It's a good very very good networking/promo tool as it's globally popular. You can upload mixes and stuff. I'm sure some use it like faceparty though.

It's a personal profile website. Very very supprised you've not heard of it. It's about as well known as chavs are. Lots of people use it to promote music etc. This is mine, not a lot in it though. http://www.myspace.com/funkysi79
