  1. Yep mine are Stillens. Creeks like a beehatch!!!!!! Hope grease will fix it. I'll keep you posted.
  2. Am I going to have to get the geometry re-done? If I take it off and grease the buggers up? Cheers
  3. OK thats great! At least there is an answer!!!! any idea what kinda grease it might have been? I have found the answer! Lithium and Moly
  4. Yep its a aftermarket one. Ive blasted the bushes with WD but it doesnt seem to have made a differene. I assume I need to get in between the bushes and the brackets by taking them off.
  5. Hey guys and girls I am so sick of a particular squeek that I have taken drastic measures. To re-create it I had to stand on my car and jump up and down what it showed me was that a squeek occurred in time to the movement of the front ARB. Anyone got any tips on what part it might be? Bushes brackets etc? I'm gonna get under it and get it off and try and grease everything up. Just wondered if anyone else has had the same problem. Cheers
  6. PMSL!!
  7. Have you checked your loom? have you got some slack on all your connectors? Could be pulling when the engines twisting?? Just a thought? Ive got a three old coilpacks in the garage. You can have them for the postage if you want mate.
  8. I had similar problem on mine as soon as you went up into the higher revs or increased the boost the car would start misfiring. New coild packs seem to have cured it.
  9. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder!
  10. Could be a coil pack. How old are they.
  11. Hey mate why not just get a hicas eliminator kit?
  12. good one mate. I'm thinking about taking mine up there when its up for a service
  13. Hey mate check your IACV is working properly it can cause the car to stall when coming to a halt
  14. Hey mate if its not the battery check your PTU and CAS connections
  15. I agree with the last. Its a terrible story and I'm with you I spent 1100 having the car checked over and problems fixed only for theengine to lunch itself 100 miles later. I took that one on the chin and found a new garage but like you say if the guy is genuine then give them the chance to fix it but agree up front who has responsibility for what costs etc.
  16. Hey mate mine had been jacked up by some t^&t under the rad ad so sat proud. If you undo the bolts on the catch you have about and inch worth of adjustment.
  17. hi mate good choice id look at your roll bars too. Also if you do im lower you will need adjustable camber arms or your tires will wear unevenly
  18. KYB and Eibach springs seem to be the favoured set up for slightly lowered near stock. Otherwise its Tein, Ksports and the usual aftermarket companies. I have K sports with 8's up front and 6's at the back and am very happy with them they middle of the road price wise compared with the KYB/ Eibachs at one end and Tiens at the other.
  19. Ive seen this car advertised a number of times and always stop to look at the pics. Lovely car.
  20. Hey bud no I'm happy with my zed just. Cheers
  21. def needs to come down mate
  22. I'm back to standard cam covers again sadly. I'll have to paint them up again though your engine just looks too cool!
  23. Check all your loom connections to your CAS, PTU, injectors etc.
  24. If I didnt need 4 seats I would still have one
