Hey guys Im in complete agreement. I'm getting the bbs's refurb'd while these are on the car and then will use the mania set as track tyres. They only cost me 80 quid and then 200 to refurb so I'm happy. Just had the local tyre place check that the BBS's will balance and they are fine.

Hey all After twelve months its finally back in the garage with all the work done. They have finished the map at a conservative 403bhp at 1.3bar (There is more but I'm happy with that!) Ill post up some pics when I have given it a clean tomorrow. Ive only driven it home but opened it up a little and it was very very quick. I agree. The Zed ticks alot of boxes that many cars cant. Its a proper 2+2 with room in the back for a real person. Its cheap to buy and for the money to get it to 450hp ish there is not much else you can buy that is as good looking and powerful. IMHO I sold my 911 cos it was too dull and too expensive to maintain for 28k. My Zed has cost me about 15 so far and it should wee all over the performance of the porker and is very spacious and the roof comes off! You could spend the money on a TVR also but its made of plastic so if you stack it pray you hit something soft! The zed is a bargain as far as Im concerned. Although Danny does have a point, you could always buy and M5 for 8 or 9k but where s the fun in that?

Cheers for all the responses guys. I've bought some new coils from MJP and they will be going in the car next week. I've fixed a price with the garage for the work and its capped. Jimmy I'll get them to check for slack in the cables in case thats the problem. Its running 408 at 0.9bar at the moment. With the coils they reckon it should get close to 500. Let you know next week, hopefully. Thanks for all the help guys

Hey guys I have decided to get the car back off the garage as I think they are just pulling my chain, If they aren't then I have just lost faith in them as they seem hell bent on upgrading everything in my car. Anyone know someone I can trust in the South to get my car mapped? I'll buy some coils from Z1 they have some tested second hand ones. Unless anyone here reckons I should buy new?

Hey LG It had a set of standard plugs grade 6 they've put some grade 8 ones in and now they reckon the coils need replacing
