  1. Just to clarify I didn't actually order a key from them, but good to hear you'll have a word! :cool3:
  2. Ah nice one! Put me down for a red one then please, cheers! Yea I much prefer CZP but like I said they've bumped the prices up for the keys massively
  3. Just seen they have titanium key replicas back in stock! And I've only just done an order :crying: well actually my order was from CZP but they're charging $99 for them, Z1 are $39! I want to order a red one quick in case they put the price up but shipping is a killer. Anyone doing a Z1 order mind getting one for me and posting it on? Happy to pay up front!
  4. Sold some UK clocks a few weeks ago http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?186869-UK-clocks-greddy-ebc-and-front-seats but unfortunately found out the speedo didn't work. Gave buyer a full refund obviously and took them back, now up for spares if anyone is interested, I've got no use for it.
  5. Yea I've always fancied rubber/plastic tiles, I'm doing a garage soon so looked into them, I think it'd be about £400ish for a garage that size
  6. Whoever paid supposedly $200,000 for that new needs to be removed from the gene pool
  7. Done a few little bits and pieces this weekend, put the speedo back in, new air filter etc. Then took it for a spin for the first time since before Christmas I think! Speedo was spot on after I soldered in a converter to the speedo itself rather than the cluster so pleased with that! Brakes are terrible though, pedal is going to the floor. I'm pretty confident I bled them well and they were rubbish like this before I put my new calipers on as well so I guess the master cylinder needs rebuilding? Think I read that the ABS on later car's doesn't need bleeding? Jimmers will have to wait a bit longer! Sent from my SM-N910F using Tapatalk
  8. "FACELIFT MODEL"
  9. Don't think so, standard elbows are 90deg, these are not so won't match up
  10. I'm tempted but can't really justify the expense right now!
  11. You've all made me want one now! Sent from my SM-N910F using Tapatalk
  12. Would be good if it works as well as you say it does, but just wanted to point out it's not ESP and once the car does start to slide (say you hit a bump and it unsettles the rear end) then you're on your own! Are they Z32 specific? Sent from my SM-N910F using Tapatalk
  13. Yea that's when it's beneficial Sent from my SM-N910F using Tapatalk
  14. Not sure if actually it could be a hindrance in some circumstances. If you were powersliding (not on purpose) then you're supposed to stay on throttle until you catch it, but if the tcs cut power because of longitudinal wheelspin then I guess it could send you round Sent from my SM-N910F using Tapatalk
  15. Traction control is not ESP! Not sure it will do a thing to stop you spinning whilst turning too fast, aquaplaning or braking mid corner. Only in a straight line on power or if you boot it half way through a corner. Mind you I guess that last would be pretty useful! I have no experience of TCS in a rear wheel drive car, but it's not great in any front wheel drive car I've had so I personally would be wary of leaning on it. ESP on the other hand you can go nuts with in a fwd, I assume the same is true of rwd Sent from my SM-N910F using Tapatalk
  16. Out of curiosity, is this actually a worthwhile mod? Would you recommend it? I can see maybe in a high powered car, but mine will only wheelspin in first anyway when I put my foot down
  17. Surely you would want to get the same tint as your back and side windows? I've posted these before but illustrates the tints well, not matching would look weird!
  18. Those concrete pumps are pretty cool (in a sad way!), especially when the arm is over the top of the house and the guy controlling it is round the back with a remote control panel moving it about Sent from my SM-N910F using Tapatalk
  19. Valve certainly sounds like the control unit to me. Like you said if the car can pick up the wheel speed, then surely it must be fine
  20. Rear subframe bushes ok? I got rid of a lot of wheel spinning when I put spacers on my old zed, you could tell they were shot as the fluid was leaking out. Btw to remove lower ball joints I've usually had luck with putting a jack underneath the arm and jacking it up slightly so the suspension is pushing down on the joint. Obviously don't do it so far that the car comes off it's stand
  21. I did this to my last zed, except I put it on the vertical face at the front of the cubby, so it faces towards the back of the car. Less bent cables! Not sure I'll bother in my new one, I never actually used it because I always just used bluetooth instead!
  22. You said you ground the edges a bit more, you couldn't get a ring on then? If not maybe a crows foot spanner http://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/products/4806824/?grossPrice=Y&cm_mmc=UK-PLA-_-google-_-PLA_UK_EN_Tools-_-Spanners_And_Sockets&mkwid=sr2g5UNiu_dc|pcrid|88057063803|pkw||pmt||prd|4806824&gclid=Cj0KEQjwiI3HBRDv0q_qhqXZ-N4BEiQAOTiCHhpSfW_jsWbmiALSM1Mopne1lCa936BFEU3V3Eqk3nUaAhNv8P8HAQ
  23. Further out pictures are easier to see, looks blue in your sig although that's tiny! AFAIK clear was never an OEM tint, just bronze and blue, so unless you have some weird aftermarket one...
  24. Wow that sucks! Sent from my SM-N910F using Tapatalk
  25. I've seen a thread about opening them up and cleaning them somewhere if you wanna try and save a few pennies Edit: Here http://twinturbo.net/nissan/300zx/forums/technical/view/1105127/New-CAS-maintenance-and-testing-info.html
