  1. Like that, nice and neat.
  2. Question. What psi do your rs turbo and zed run at? Just thinking how the noise increases with the amount I'm boosting on mine, so if you were trying to vent more higher pressure air through one single bov it's going to be louder than two at a lower pressure. Possibly.
  3. I'm guessing they mean, non convertible. Rather than the slicktop. In yanky land all Lwb us spec cars are na, tt are swb only. If corse verts are all na too. Just badly worded I think.
  4. Yup, few years ago you would have been seen as bonkers even bolting up a set of tiny gt525s etc to a stock bottom end. The Americans regularly and reliably run good power on healthy stock blocks. The tide is changing.
  5. Yup, if there was that much coolant getting in, the rad would never stop bubbling as well. Bleed it, new rad cap, bet it's fine.
  6. Oh it just turned up one day and blocked the sun in the mornings forms Dave's roses after he moved in. It wasn't there all along or anything.
  7. Most likely yes, they have previously been involved in the petition about Mount Everest needing to be stopped.
  8. Am I no longer a no good nick yoof then???haha
  9. Have you jacked the front up in the air?
  10. I believe you are correct, can't help myself though sometimes. Most if it I just laugh. The internet is a fantastic place for freaks and weirdos to get together and tell each other they are normal. Proper rivets? Not those pop rivet things actual rivet rivets? Haven't used one of those since college.
  11. Maybe. I guess it's hard to tell now. Refill and bleed the system as per the FSM and see what happens.
  12. An AC/DC tig welder is on my wish list, got to finish a few things before I've even got so were to put/use it.
  13. At least you didn't have to knob about getting it setup, you just plugged it in and started playing. Bloody PSN network is annoying me.
  14. I don't think in brave enough to read there other polls...at least I have a resource now to get myself angry should I need that.
  15. Bloody predictive text CORSA, I don't own a £2.6m if I did i wouldn't by one with so little land a car going past the front annoyed me. I'd buy a bloody mountain.
  16. I love the fact that they are calling for a law that already exists, that's just shows how little thought they have put into it. Yes David's 2.6m house is funny. Does this mean david that you think you have more rights because your house cost more? Does this indeed mean that someone who considers your house pocket change can ban the wind, as long as the house costs enough...snob. Elitest snob. I also enjoyed the comment about stupid cars like cord as and scoobies, ummmmmm. Not the same league?
  17. Silverline, no longer trading.
  18. My drivers side turbo oil feed was doing this, at idle it didn't leak only under load. Take it for a quick spin the. Re check, worth a go. It's also worth check Power steering as that can leak and all end up back there due to the wind while your going along. Equally and quite likely a leaky lower rocker cover can make a right mess. Ive had just about every oil leak you can imagine.
  19. More and more it seems to be people can't differentuate facts with opinions, equally the venom of what some make their "facts" is disgusting. This is by no means the worst but I stumbled across this and ended up reading it as you do, I came away thinking this is why I don't like a lot of people. Honestly we could do with some proper problems for these people to fixate on. The highlight was the chap who accuses his neighbour of being a drink driver on the basis that her cars loud she's young and she gets home late...mate she might work nights? http://www.govyou.co.uk/ban-loud-vehicle-exhaust-modification/
  20. Got extra pre throttle body injectors iirc didnt it, I remember when you got it with all it's quirks.
  21. Normally this shows up with the aliens blood effect pouring out by the passenger side intercooler, that's happened to me twice...
  22. A common one is the damned rear window, puddles up in the bottom corners and leaks through. Then the spare wheel well gets wet.
  23. Sometimes the rad cap might not seat properly, crap caught or a failing cap. The cap keeps the system pressurised, the pressure increases the boiling point. So without it not only does the coolant evaporate but it can be thrown down the overflow into the expansion. So once cool check the coolant level, bleed the system out as per the FSM and ensure everything is clean. A new rad cap is a cheap investment. I know the one that came with my japspeed rad was naff and leaked. The second thing is to consider the actual water tempreture, you can either connect an aftermarket or use some software such as conzult to read off the ECU circuit. To give you an accurate reading.you may know this bit but it often catches people out. The stock dash mounted gauge has three stages cold, normal, overheating, so it's not much use tbh. If you find that you do have a sealed system that is being over pressurised then you need to do some more tests. However in my experience in the case of these cars overheating the pressure is more likely to split a pesky old turbo coolant hose or similar than cause. The rad cap to steam. So if the rad cap steams my money is on the rad cap itself.
