water on the inside of windscreen
I would assume your targas have a little leak, gets damp inside and fogs up. Any seal like that that allows dampness in will cause it. That's why I use a car cover, my targas still leak a touch and without a cover over a few months it can get a bit damp.

Bell housing leak?
Could be gearbox front seals, could be engine rear. You should be able to tell if it's gearbox oil, it stinks it's much thicker and did I mention it's smelly. Best thing to do is check it's not coming from above as that's quite a wide spread leak. Clean the surfaces off then run it up and see what happens. Obviously being underneath a running car is dangerous and will be hot so I'm not recommending you do that.

blow off valves
I have bailey dv26 I think they are, the dual piston type. Fit in the stock location and are a proper reputable brand. You can buy them on the bay second hand for very cheap.
-
will these fit
Cheers for that Noel, I'm not sure I quite explained myself properly but you gave enough information for me to get what I required. I should be on spec.

will these fit
Yeah it's not too bad, obviously there's some, it's not like an NA. It's been a consideration in terms of what to choose as I don't want all the power from 5k onwards, stock is acceptable. As it is/was it's pretty good, however I don't want to fit something that ruins it's drivability.

will these fit
The ones he's been arranging with mark, the ones that you say have a better response than stock.

will these fit
Interesting stuff, I'm assuming there are breather mods to compliment these. I hate turbo lag.

will these fit
If your going to buy Chinese turbos, there were godspeed 300zx kits for about £350 last week, almost cheap enough to take a punt. But it's a risk, not just to the turbos but to the engine, imagine if a turbine shattered and was Ingested by the engine, that's a rebuild ££££. No offence buddy but you seem to just be going round and round in circles. Why not just make a choice based upon the advice you've been given and stick with it? It's a street car at the end of the day so anything above 500bhp is virtually pointless, which can be achieved on not massive turbos. A set of gt600s and some 555s with a good map and you will be making enough power to melt your tyres in most gears and have to refocus yourself on how to get it on the floor. You will be putting down more bhp per tonne than a f430 without the wizardry to keep in all in check.

will these fit
Don't think so, not without extensive modifications.

Japfest 2015. Deadline for ticket payments is Wednesday 18th March
Looks like there will be a few of us on track then.

How low can you go?
It's nice to see some proper sheet metal fabrication work rather than 8 tonnes of fibreglass being sika flex'd to the car. What's the plan with the door?

Car cover for the Zed
I've had three. The first an ebay job was crap and scratched my car blustered the paint and broke. The second was the cheap one from halfords £30 it lasted 18 months and kept the crap off and the worst of the wet, but did go brittle and split it's also not waterproof, it didn't however damage my car. I've now just brought the more expensive £50 one from halfords. I must say in impressed with it, very sturdy, soft inside and comes with 3 buckled straps. Can't comment on the longevity but so far so good. I brought the medium one which is an extremely tight fit, which is good, large would prob be better.

Hello from Hemel
There's very few details in that advert. However it looks relatively clean and unmolested. Yes it's auto but that's not the end of the world. If it's mechanically sound I don't see why £3.5k isn't a fair price, certainly if it was manual then it's a very fair price. If, IF...it's mechanically sound.

2014 work in progress
You don't mess around do you, I think the cars really stepping up a league isn't it.

2014 work in progress
Why....? I guess you no longer need all that open space for radiator air supply and that will be suffucent for intercooler supply? So less holes, more aerodynamic?

need some help,
My gut instinct says a maf fault. I know you tested the voltage but have you tried running the car with out it connected?
-
How low can you go?
Looks like your going to end up with something special there mate. The only thing I never like about a lot of these wide arched cars is the front just does not match up IMO, creating a wedge.
-
How low can you go?
Yup. The height adjustment is as far down as possible. So I either change the coilovers again for something lower, change the spring to a shorter one or simply remove the tender spring. None of which solves the issue that the damper might bottom out like that. Bit of thinking to do.
-
How low can you go?
Yeah I want more pics too, particularly the front.
-
How low can you go?
I haven't no. The thing that got me thinking about it was that my coilovers on the rear are maxed out. After seeing a few golfs etc with this done and escorts etc with conversion work done and looking at the stock strut tops in the boot it dawned on me it's very possible to do and retain a factory look. You could gain a fair few inches. However the geometry will obviously become increasingly more complicated.
-
How low can you go?
Ah right, have you put any thought into increasing the height of the strut tower in the rear? Give you some more travel on the damper?
-
How low can you go?
Holy ****... Question though. The ground clearance underneath will be terrible won't it?
