My drivers side turbo oil feed was doing this, at idle it didn't leak only under load. Take it for a quick spin the. Re check, worth a go. It's also worth check Power steering as that can leak and all end up back there due to the wind while your going along. Equally and quite likely a leaky lower rocker cover can make a right mess. Ive had just about every oil leak you can imagine.

A common one is the damned rear window, puddles up in the bottom corners and leaks through. Then the spare wheel well gets wet.

Sometimes the rad cap might not seat properly, crap caught or a failing cap. The cap keeps the system pressurised, the pressure increases the boiling point. So without it not only does the coolant evaporate but it can be thrown down the overflow into the expansion. So once cool check the coolant level, bleed the system out as per the FSM and ensure everything is clean. A new rad cap is a cheap investment. I know the one that came with my japspeed rad was naff and leaked. The second thing is to consider the actual water tempreture, you can either connect an aftermarket or use some software such as conzult to read off the ECU circuit. To give you an accurate reading.you may know this bit but it often catches people out. The stock dash mounted gauge has three stages cold, normal, overheating, so it's not much use tbh. If you find that you do have a sealed system that is being over pressurised then you need to do some more tests. However in my experience in the case of these cars overheating the pressure is more likely to split a pesky old turbo coolant hose or similar than cause. The rad cap to steam. So if the rad cap steams my money is on the rad cap itself.

I would assume your targas have a little leak, gets damp inside and fogs up. Any seal like that that allows dampness in will cause it. That's why I use a car cover, my targas still leak a touch and without a cover over a few months it can get a bit damp.

Could be gearbox front seals, could be engine rear. You should be able to tell if it's gearbox oil, it stinks it's much thicker and did I mention it's smelly. Best thing to do is check it's not coming from above as that's quite a wide spread leak. Clean the surfaces off then run it up and see what happens. Obviously being underneath a running car is dangerous and will be hot so I'm not recommending you do that.

I have bailey dv26 I think they are, the dual piston type. Fit in the stock location and are a proper reputable brand. You can buy them on the bay second hand for very cheap.

Yeah it's not too bad, obviously there's some, it's not like an NA. It's been a consideration in terms of what to choose as I don't want all the power from 5k onwards, stock is acceptable. As it is/was it's pretty good, however I don't want to fit something that ruins it's drivability.

The ones he's been arranging with mark, the ones that you say have a better response than stock.

If your going to buy Chinese turbos, there were godspeed 300zx kits for about £350 last week, almost cheap enough to take a punt. But it's a risk, not just to the turbos but to the engine, imagine if a turbine shattered and was Ingested by the engine, that's a rebuild ££££. No offence buddy but you seem to just be going round and round in circles. Why not just make a choice based upon the advice you've been given and stick with it? It's a street car at the end of the day so anything above 500bhp is virtually pointless, which can be achieved on not massive turbos. A set of gt600s and some 555s with a good map and you will be making enough power to melt your tyres in most gears and have to refocus yourself on how to get it on the floor. You will be putting down more bhp per tonne than a f430 without the wizardry to keep in all in check.
