Nip over to US site. There's a how to by a guy called rockchucker. It's the most comprehensive one I've seen and will help you.

Has the Z32 300zx come of age?
This isn't confined to the Z32 only. I think car ownership in general is moving away from the big ass VS kits and such and moving instead towards sleepers or tastefully subtle kits. Obviously the elephant in the room is the "stance" scene. But I choose to ignore that completely in the hope it's all just a bad dream.

I've heard of worse pension ideas! Looking forward to the pics, although I suspect I know which car it is.

Halford Z car Cover..help
Build yourself an hermetic cover for it. There's a good few guides online, and it can be done on a budget. Although your garage needs to be big enough for the frame.

Why bother with UK clocks?
The track cuting is for the convertor. Never liked that solution myself as it's messy. Much better to splice into the wiring.

LakeZ feedback
I'm sat here after yet another great LakeZ weekend waiting for the rain to stop before heading back home. So I thought I'd once again ask for feedback from those of you who came this year. As usual, don't be shy. Let us k ow what you think worked or didn't work. We always aim to improve the weekend so come ts are truly appreciated.

What did you do to your zed today?
Taxed and pulled her out of the garage for the first time since Coventry in July. Lovely tappet noise and one of the wheel bearings us grumbling but aside from that she runs ok. Lakes and back this weekend then time for TLC is I can find the time.

Wiring up a KPH to MPH converter - how? (LARGE PICS)
Your Yellow wire is the one that needs soldering onto the track. Your blue on is the one that is screwed on after the track cut. Red and Green should be obvious as they are the power and earth (red and black in previous example)

Cheap fix for roof trims
Use a stanley blade to trim all the black off. Mask off the body work and glass. Paint with Plastidip if you want quick and easy, or with a satin black paint (after priming) for a longer lasting finish.

Import taxes hks exhaust
Looking at around about another £140 ish on top. VAT at 20%, import duty at 6%. General rule of thumb: If something costs $400 in the US, it will cost £400 delivered to your door in the UK. (Give or take usual margins of error).

LakeZ 2015 Names List
Just turn up mate. Obviously food and drink are at your own cost. If you look at the events section there's another LakeZ thread in there with a map of the area and where to park etc

scratch remover / swirl remover recomendations
For general polishing and light swirl/hologram removal then this kit is a good start for those new to detailing http://www.polishedbliss.co.uk/acatalog/pb-soft-paint-polishing-kit-cat1.html

scratch remover / swirl remover recomendations
If you can feel the scratch with your finger nail then no amount of polishing with remove it. It'll require a respray.

LakeZ 2015 Names List
Chances of anywhere being available are slim as it's Cartmel races that weekend too. You might find somewhere further out and then drI've or taxi to the village each day.

Good car wax
I find AG SRP to be hopeless. Menzerna do a variety of good grades which give excellent results with a DA polisher. Topped off with a good wax (dodojuice supernatural is another fantastic wax) will give excellent results.

Good car wax
Polish and wax are completely separate things and do a different job. Wax wise depends how much effort you want to put in. Hard waxes are a pain but give better results. For good results with minimum effort I use Poorboys black hole (it's a glaze) followed by Poorboys Nattys Blue liquid.

Just bought some 19" BBS LM
£480 is a bargain for airfreight. It'd cost you that to stick it in a container with most shipping lines.
