  1. That is a small concern. The majority of the drive and garage area is pretty smooth. But not perfect. I wonder if they're available with different wheels.
  2. As Dan says. Call them, have a chat. You'll know for sure then. Otherwise it's all just guess work from us pessimists. Edit: Posted just as you did
  3. Weight capacity is 1.5 per set.
  4. Switch also has to have a visible indicator that it is turned on And be visible to the driver.
  5. http://www.cjautos.eu/product_p/cm05b.htm That link should work.
  6. Does anyone have any experience of mobile axle stands like the ones cj autos sell? My garage is too narrow to get the wheels off in it. I've now got all the bits to do my rear suspension overhaul including removing subframe. My plan was to back the car out of the garage, jack it up, put it on axle stands, do some work, but when it's time to put back in the garage jack it up and put the rear end on the mobile stands and then push car back into the garage. Once back inside I'd put it back on normal axle stands. Repeat procedure for as many days as needed. Before I go buy one I'm wondering if anyone has good/bbad experience with them. http://www.cjautos.eu/mobile/Product.aspx?ProductCode=CM05C

  8. Pulled the battery put of mine and put it on charge ready for the first fire up since October. I've collated all my new suspension parts, and the subframe I just stripped out of a breaker and I'm now ready (18 months later than planned) to start on the list of work I want to do. I've ummed and ahed about selling up and walking away, but I seem to have a new bit of energy towards working on the car again. So it's safe for this summer at least!
  9. Not sure on costs at the moment but I'd be sticking with what you have. In my experience Mongoose exhausts are a better quality.
  10. As well as the traders Gary linked too, you can try the US suppliers. Sometimes cheaper sometimes more expansive (post tax and shipping). Try CZP, Z1, Rock Auto, and Courtesy Nissan.
  11. You just beat me to a post Steve! A member of 350z-uk is taking on the organising and will be posting up here soon. Funding of the track sessions still being discussed.

  13. Putting a TT into an NA isn't a case of just bolting on 2 turbos. It's a huge job. There's a list of all the parts you need on the Z1 website. It's pretty extensive. You'll better off saving and waiting for a TT to come up.
  14. She'll sell it for £130 including rail. She knows a delivery company who will deliver for cheap. PM me a postcode and I'll get a delivery price to see if it'd be worth it.
  15. It's in Newcastle. Probably still too far still. Not sure what they want. I'll find out. Suspect it'll be around £150 since it comes with genuine electric rail.
  16. Needs a clean, but could be a bargain.
  17. I know someone who is selling a single Cobra drivers seat with electric rail. Doesn't exactly look stock, but it's an option.
  18. Huge thanks to Si for today's help. Couldn't have done it without him. Broken now.
  19. It's -2°, it's snowing, and it's a Sunday. Yet me and Si (Mondo) are about to set off to Newcastle to start stripping parts off a Zed in an unheated lockup. Must be mad. Utterly mad.
  20. We'll have a chat about wiring today Si. You should see the state of my Zed! I've managed to tidy up much of it, but it's still not great. Gaffer tape and scotch locks everywhere.
  21. Hi Gary. Re subbed (didn't realise till today that they'd ran out!). Could you sort out my NEO title etc. Cheers.
  22. Did you call him? Website doesn't list what he sells. If it's still available from Japan then he can sell them.
  23. Try Mike at MJP for genuine ones.
  24. Pretty much. Although you can bring a hammer if you like. Hammers are always useful. I even got a new tin of Plus Gas ready to free up 20 year old rusted suspension parts!
