My order is in the UK now, should have it by next week

Well no special post today, guess i need to wait another few days ?

Big order from SpecialtyZ just landed this morning, hoping it will get through customs and be on route for delivery tomorrow. Got myself new clutch, flywheel, injectors and the aluminium splash guards.

So following on from my original post. New antenna arrived at the weekend and i promptly installed it : And my new rig too setup above my pc :

Just said extremely busy and they had no stock of the items i ordered. But that's took 3 weeks from my original email to them to give me an update.

Finally made contact today and my order is now getting packed for shipment.

Anyone have any experience with SpecialtyZ I have an order worth nearly $2500 in with them from the 6th of the month and it just says processing. I have emailed them many times and don't get anything back so i'm abit worried now since its nearly 4 weeks.

I'll keep blasting it with air until no more comes out. I have a 50l compressor and can blast air at nearly 50psi using an air gun I use.

Only outside was blasted, inside believe it or not is still clean original paint. I will be thoroughly blasting it with water and air to ensure no grit is left in the bottom.

Sent the sump away to get blasted and painted : charged me only £35

A slick top is a dark horse of the Z community. I would love to own one but always thought the parts would be harder to get due to hardly any of them being on the road. Only 2 members i know who still have one and i've luckily managed to sit in both and it just feels strange not having the sun on your head. @phutumsch & @Slick Pete. how do you find them for parts ? O, and are they SWB or LWB?, something i dont actually know..

So, Had an idea to drum up some old conversations that may or may not work. All i hear from my kids these days is the words challenge which can drive me nuts so i'm not going to use it again. Instead i invite you all to go find and old thread that is still relevant in most parts and add to its thread with something that is more than just a 'bump' word, add to the conversation, bring it forward and lets see what comes up. *** Only rule is that it must be at least 4 years old.

Mine was just heavily steam washed at close range, dried then undercoated with the rest of the zed.
