There has been some fault in the communication between our Server and the Payment Gateway. I have cancelled all the payments that i could find on the system, if you could try once more via card or try paypal.

What payment method did you try ? I'm wondering if there is a payment gateway issue.

As part of the club move to a new domain i've added a few features to show international members better. The first is the flag of origin which shows next to everyone's name. Now this is automatically selected by your Geo-Location so if its wrong please don't get upset as you can change it to whatever you want. Great Ideas ! Having the FAQ section topics visible but content hidden is a good idea - i'll get on that shortly. Uploading pictures is a feature of the forum software so we may be stuck unless there is a plugin to modify the default methods to upload.

As we are now pushing the international market i have added a few more plugins to help us along the way. First should be a bit obvious with all the little flags popping up around the sit. Simply put your accounts now highlight which country you are in; this works using geolocation of your IP address and is automatic but it can be changed manually withing the settings of your main account profile. Separate feature but linked to the above is the Community Map; accessed from the membership menu. This allows any member to again geo-locate their position in the world, this is not automatic and you need to enter your town or area manually. Please remember to not Geo-Tag your own home (like i did when testing) as it will then post a link to let everyone know. We will add sub categories shortly so that we can geo-tag meeting areas or car shows. All the features mentioned above are open to all but the last is for premium members only. Last of the additions is the live chat which is accessed by the light icon box at the top right of the screen or from the home menu. This is simply a direct chat facility for all Premium Members, handy if you need a quick discussion without waiting for replies or PM's. I'm happy to add extra rooms when needed but this feature is not to distract from the main posting of threads and chat is flushed every 30 days. If you have any special requests of features we should add then please let me know.

So just over a month now since this thread was posted and boy a lot has changed ! The club now changed to a more international style domain name, we have cleaned up loads of sections that are no longer relevant This is just the start, soon as we settle into our new home i think we should branch out and get some international mods onboard.

Thats right ! If you didn't already notice the club URL has changed for the first time in over 20 years. The club will now be hosted under the domain name of 'https://www.300zx-owners.club' which matches our actual club name. The long term aim is that we become an international club rather than restricted by the .co.uk domain which can put international members off. If all else fails we simply move it back; but i'm hoping this will not be the case and in the long run we keep this domain and the other which should now just redirect back to here. Moving on up let make this the best club we can. --- Also because the domain was changed i have started a search index rebuild, this may take a few hours to complete.
