flat battery (99 spec 3rd brake light)
Yeh it's should blow a fuse somewhere, how did you wire up the brake light ? Did you put it in series with the other lights or link it in parallel ?

Odometer
Done it on mine but likely people are reluctant to say how or why they did it. If it's a genuine reason to clock it back to genuine miles then ok but having a how to of howto clock the odometer on the forums is a legal no no and anyone who posts it will likely have the thread pulled by one of our mods!

Timing and base idle adjustment on a manual conversion
Just completed my manual conversion and boy did I enjoy the run home, as short a run as it was; it's the most fun I've had in my zed in a long time! So, Before leaving the garage I ran a quick consult. Timing on conzult was siting at 5 but then remembering the neutral switch I wired to the ecu from the gear box I pushed the clutch down and shifted her into gear and timing shot to 15. Regarding timing should the base idle be adjusted at an idle of 5 in neutral or should I be getting somebody to hold it in gear while I adjust it. I'm only guessing 15 is the correct timing so can anyone confirm this too. Cheers

Clutch Vacuum

fitting toyo radiator
Bought this from ebay at Jeffs suggestion but its not supplied with clips ! its fairly stirdy as is; as the hoses push it in tight but is there any brackets that can be bought to fully support the top end of the radiator ?

Clutch Vacuum
Just done a manual conversion and i didn't want to replace my shiny auto balance bar for one of the manual ones so a bit of inunuity I came up with this ! Basically i split the break vacuum hose and put on a one way valve, can anybody tell me if this is ok to do it this way before i drive it home ! Clutch seems to work ok and breaks are ok too but just need another confirmation thats its ok.

Preparation for conversion
Looks like joining the plug near the gearbox does the trick too then.

Preparation for conversion
I had three separate guides all printed out just in case when doing it all. One thing that confused me is in them all it says to bypass the starter relay or something in the drivers wing, I skipped that bit and she starts without any issues. I did cut off the inhibitor plug near the gearbox end and join them together if that's gives the same solution, I found so many ways to wire up the electrics I just picked out the ones I thought were best and easiest to do and it worked so I'm chuffed at that.
