I've a young one on the way so was thinking of giving one of the spares to him when he's older, lol, long time to go but I think there will be some zeds around still in 16 years or so ! Start em young I say !

Well after seeing these on eBay then mentioned on here a few times last week I decided to buy 1 of the keys from eBay and I eagerly awaited its arrival ! Well I got a surprise and a half today! Whilsed the wifey was using my pc she accidently (so she says) logged into my eBay account and saw my new purchase and quickly came down stairs for a wee confession. Looks like after hearing me talk about it a few months ago she purchased two key's and the watch over a month ago for a surprise! So I now have 3 keys and a new zed watch ! Cool or what !:clap:

At the work as a personal joke when a new pc account is setup I set the default password to P455M3 which just means pass me but I think it's funny as the first letters are P45 and only a few people have noticed!

Right folks, I've started a new journal to break down the stages of doing an air-con conversion from the series 4 manual type to the series 2 digital type. As only mods and the journal author can add comments can anyone who has any thoughts on the subject put them in here so i can make life alot easier for myself if you happen to spot or know something i don't. No but it's the fastest. Depends on the seller if he's local, there's bank transfer but that's at your own risk!

Need to find myself some spare rocker covers to fix the bad ones that's currently on, they were powder coated but somehow came out with a bad finish. You can see the paint ripples on the left side. Soon as I get that fixed and my throttles bodies polished I'll fit it all together.

Mr Parcel man just dropped this off at my work :tt1: Well impressed, feel like fitting it tonight although need a few things done to go par and par with it ! I've got a polished plenum on my NA that i tried to fit but for some reason it just wouldn't sit flush and it caused so many leaks all round. Hopefully this one will fit better or i'm back to the drawing board. Big thanks to big_jim for giving this to me at a bargain price !

Working towards getting a manual conversion done next month so starting to gather together all the bits needed ! first off my radiator was busted at the top end as the plastic hose connection became brittle and broke off causing a bad leak so decided to get a new one and while I'm at it also an uprated oil cooler to go with. First bits bought turned up today : As a few of you know I've a fair bit of bling in my engine bay so not wanting to break from tradition I'll be needing a new chromed balance bar as the one that's currently on is for the auto and is missing the connection bit at the left. So who's up for a trade, not be needing it until the end of the month but if there one out there that's nice and bling then I'm putting my name on it now! After I get a new balance bar my current bling will be up for sale!
