  1. OK, put it on today... working fine, I'll test it for a few days and let you know if it's still good. :)
  2. yeah, heating it only makes it more of a mess... keep it cool and use a plastic/wood scraper (so as not to scratch the surface). I found that WD40 gets the last bits off really nice.... :)
  3. just sent PM... it "might" help.. :)
  4. and I hope you have reported it to Facebook as well.... they have a responsibility to stop this type of stuff as well.. They might even be able to stop him registering again, particularly if the police are involved.
  5. top of this doc might help you know what to look for.... http://www.pexcom.com.au/z32cms/e107_plugins/content/content.php?content.335
  6. get it on conzult.... you could then see what its doing and possible rule out some stuff... maybe even find the issue... any members in your area with consult? if not the cable and fee version is quite cheap on fleabay..... or it's about 120 miles to Zedworld ... but worth the drive....
  7. the Idle ajustment unit might not be working properly. and or check the alternator & battery for correct charge. could be as simple as cleaning the contact to the battery (but I doubt it..l0l)
  8. lol... yeah, get someone else to do it... :) might be a good idea to get someone to confirm that that is where it's coming from.... car up on a hoist and a torch so do the trick... that way you could confirm it isn't a turbo oil feed ...
  9. LOL... I'll remember this time... :D
  10. Update: ... they will most likely be about £30 and are for the 300zx, I'll check to confirm the fitment of the plug next week (when I fit it). if you're desperate you could always go with the one on ebay. cheers.

  13. mate, looks OK to me.. I know there is a post on here somewhere and Jeff has given those specs... so have a search and compare them... cheers :)
  14. good call Vody.... there should also be instructions for that on the site I posted a link to... and also in the FAQ on this forum...
  15. this doc details removal of the plenum.... (ignore the injectors bit, unless you want to change them) http://www.pexcom.com.au/z32cms/e107_plugins/content/content.php?content.278 yes you could do it but it's not simple... well not very simple....
  16. Hey... sorry mark... yeah, I got one off him but haven't installed it yet.. it is slightly different to the Nissan one, he assures me it's the right spec..
  17. I would... see Mike (MJP) for parts...
  18. LOL... didn't want a classic policy... like you said, no chance with high miles..... it's just that people always say how good (or bad) a deal they just got but omit to give important details like import and miles.... :) lots of places won't even touch an import....
  19. a few more details on the cars insured and what type of insurance you got.... I use my 91 Jap spec manual tt as a daily drive and run at about 18K per year. do Lynbrooks only do classic insurance?
  20. LOL.. what is this.... Who has the most common name? :p
  21. however there are instructions on here and different forums about removing bits .. e.g. http://www.pexcom.com.au/z32cms/search.php?q=head&r=0&s=Search
  22. LOL.. very similar thing happened to me... back in Oz about 30 years ago, the lottery was on slips with carbon paper so you got a copy. A guy at work used to collect the tickets for everyone and do them all in one go (you can see where this is going). he took my ticket and money (with everyone's else) and made the payment as usual but after that he waited for the drawer and then use blank ticket with carbon paper to add the winning numbers to my lot... because I used to do different amounts of lines and he had waited until after the weekend drawer to give us back our tickets, i didn't notice... Well I thought I'd won.... the feeling is fantastic, i was thinking that all my fanatical troubles had disappeared and I'd be right for life..... I fell to my knees any put my arms in the air saying... "I've won, I've won"..... took him a good 5 minutes to convince me I hadn't.... the joke kind of back fired on him, everyone in the office was really hard on him....lol.. he felt so bad he bought me a £10 ticket in the national lottery. I really didn't care because it gave me a taste of what it feels like to win.. (well at least think you've won, can't see how it would feel any different, other than it wouldn't end quite that quick... LOL..)
  23. Doh... lol... so yeah, that is one nice Camaro...
  24. that mustang looks sweet... (it is a mustang isn't it).... lol..
  25. Ive been told by my mate (who works for a performance product supplier) that the new piranha are much better and a shed load cheaper than ceramic.
