cheer guys, i like that, agreed should have been std, i think i get a set of ducts off car.mad in the next couple of weeks...

might be a stupid question but how do you fit ducts like car.mad's ones? i want to buy some from him and was just looking my fog is my sidelight? is their a way to fit side lights in to the indicator pods? thanks.

any-one good with bov's? i have a set of HKSs ssqv's i salvaged from 2 of my old s13's. i fitted them just for fun the other day, they worked fine for the first few journeys, then i think ones stopped working, then the other now neither will go off, have checked them both have good vacumme lines and boost connections, car is holding boost and vacumme too, they just aren't going off, they aren't seized, noticed one the front diaphragm was off centre and the other was leaking, oiled and re fitted still nothing??? (leak stopped when refitted, and once oiled other was back in correct place.) any ideas??? TBH got good recirculates if necessary so am refitting them in the mean time.

im going OEM gold, in september ish.

i think im in the south central region as south east meets are so far away... any one meet up for Sussex? any meets anytime soon?

mines like that, but when jeff at zedworld inspected the car he found the hicas arms were worn, im no expert but might be worth a look,

japspeed are bad quality? their the ones i wanted, thanks i might try to get the system modified to fit the single exit cat back but id rather a new set of downpipes any recommendations?

sorry this has probably been asked loads of times before, but which downpipes fit an auto? (TT) all the ones i've looked at are for manual only, i have a powerflow system at the moment but i want to change to my single exit but the power flow downpipes and cat back are all part of one system. any ideas? ill swap my power flow system for a good set of after market auto downpipes lol.

its a Sussex based company.... if they apparently can do next day too if in stock, cant get mine done till payday but still very good.

just called a few companies all around 300+ then a mate a work recommended one..., now all in for blue glass... £165 really happy with that.. they couldn't get bronze but still means i can afford it and the rest of the MOT work... thanks for the help everyone.:thumbup:

yeah still have the breaker, have asked them they are calling me back tommorow, they seemed to think it wouldn't be possible as it could crack while being removed, still quoted 130 for that though

any one got a pictures of blue vs bronze glass? it all looks the same too me lol

my zeds on third fire and theft, as it went up too much this year after my first zed was stolen in Jan last year, so no im paying for the windscreen, i'll shop around then cheers, ill look into it but if its going to take ages i cant wait my zeds my daily drive too lol so might have to be blue. thanks .

cheers guys, 430 was full fitting at home, as its drivable, driving it home 10 miles the crack doubled in length lol, so i need bronze tint then 250 where's that from and is that fitted?

really really upset today out of the blue driving too work my window cracked, big time its about 60cm long and across the entire driver-side, there was nothing that hit the window or any previous crack/ chip, i dont know what could have caused it? anyway, phoned auto glass got a quote for it 430? is this good anyone got any better? and they mentioned blue glass? sound right?

anyone fitted a 'BYCAS' HICAS Removal Kit by Conceptua? zedworld found my rear hicas arms to be worn so its due back to have them replaced in aug, but i had always planned to lock out the hicas sooner or later anyway, just wondering if anyone has any experience with these? good or not? ill still get zedworld to fit the kit as the Zed's suspension is way over my head lol.

tbh i hated the manta till my mate took me out in his rover V8 powered one, completly changed my opinion on them..... untill on the way to rallyday inb the rain it went into the back of one of the ADL celicas... hahah

right im thinking i want a body kit, not sure what to go for, my front and rear bumpers need replacing before the respray later this year so im thiking of getting a kit the cars going gold... (thats us oem gold pearl) but with a carbon bonnet, black wheels and not chosen a spoiler yet now im not looking for anything too over the top, defo not wide, somthing that suits the car and the colour its going... any suggestions? name of kit / manufacture, and pics please. heres a quick pic of what it could look like (no comments on my bad editing.:whistling:)

My zeds a daily drive, with its previous running problems was costing me £120 from my house to Gatwick, but should be better now its running right. but i drive in at really strange hours so the roads are empty and; empty roads + 300zx = smiles all the way, :biggrin:

im sooo happy, shes running perfect, it turned out the connection on the no. 6 injector was green, so cleaned it up, turned the key and had a smile across my face, no misfiring no more lumpy idle, no hesitation, no more fuel smell, perfect... its the first time i've heard a zed run well, and i love it, was really thinking of throwing in the towel earlier when another zed was messing me about but, now i cant stop grinning...:tt1: thanks for the help everyone. im off to blow a load of fuel now... :biggrin: ( just taking it round the block lol :blushing:)

thanks ill do that, before it ran rich, and had an intermittent fault, idle dropped every now and then and ocationally hesitated, but after finding the temp sender was fubar'ed that should have solved the problem,

thanks, just had a look over the car, and it turns out the misfire is that cylinder 6 isn't... so i'm still confused guess it could be the ptu still isn't right. either that or its the injector coil pack or spark plug? any thing else it could be?
